Good location for me. I have family nearby.

Pros: The house was in a nice location and the owners were responsive by email. There were everyday cooking items to use. The front door locked by code so we didn’t need a key and that was convenient. The master bedroom was on the main floor and was large and a washer and dryer was also on the main level. Cons: The pots and pans were nonstick and most were so scratched up that they were dangerous to use and some handles were very loose. The sofa was well used and soft to sit on. We weren’t able to put our SUV in the garage. The Wi-Fi was spotty.

We had a good experience renting his place for our vacation. The house was in good shape and it was in a good location.

Loved the big house , very spacious. Has an office where my husband worked. Pool table to play and converted into a big table.

The place is amazing. Great place to stay if you're planning for family get away. The owner is so friendly, and available if you need him for anything. He does check-in time to time during your stay. Property is well kept and clean. Location is very good and in a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely booked the place again if I ever come back to Phoenix. Thank you

The home suited my family's needs perfectly during our transition into a new home. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our time there. Owners were great about check in process and checking in and repsponding.

Owners were extremely accommodating . Neighbors friendly. Only negative was at busy location. However we adjusted welI .House was very clean & has nice back yard. Views are outstanding in area. Wish we could rent this in future.

Where do I even begin? First off, this property owner is new to VRBO and boy does it show! They have very little business sense. It all started when I needed to add a couple of days to the booking and it was a major hassle. I went to them and they said to contact VRBO. So I contacted VRBO after about a half hour on the phone and they said to reach out to owner. Ultimately theyaccommodated but it was a major hassle. Next, I have young kids and this house is NOT is a good location. It’s right next to a busy street, and it’s the first house in the neighborhood so tons of cars pass it all day. When we got to the house we found scorpions. Some dead lying in the back yard. I was hoping to use the backyard but we couldn’t because where there should have been grass it was just all mud. We didn’t use the backyard even once which was super disappointing. Don’t be deceived by the backyard! The first 3-4 days in the house were miserable. It smelled horrible of a dog and all of our allergies were horrible. Our throats swelled up every minute and even though the owner tried to help, we all still suffered. The house is generally older and feels its age. One morning I went to turn the water on in the master bedroom and the faucet handle broke. To this day the owner still thinks it’s my fault. The handle was completely corroded and was going to break no matter what! The owner was very upset with me even though I paid a nice security deposit and damage insurance against anything breaking! I did nothing wrong but to this day the owner made me feel like a horrible person for doing this. Then come to check out time we did everything that they requested including doing all the dishes and putting them in the dishwasher and starting it and putting all the linens by the washer. But guess what? The cleaners apparently said that the house was dirty and they charged the owner an extra fee for cleaning. First off, my wife and I are super clean people. Second, we did everything that was asked of us and the owner was still very upset at us and even wanted to charge us the extra fee! I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. The owner is very difficult to deal with and extremely argumentative. They didn’t show any gratitude that we paid thousands to stay at their property for a month. This was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone!
