The room smelled of poop. I had to ask for an air freshener.

Room 233 has a climate control unit that responds to temperature settings but there is no functioning “power off “ thus the blower stays on 24/7. Front desk says it is not fixable and has been this way for years. They could switch our room. How about over the years switching out the unit? Earplugs worked and we were otherwise very comfortable.

Stayed one night for a wedding. Front desk woman was great! The bed was firm for my liking, and very creaky. Other than that, the stay was great! We ate at del taco, in the same parking lot. We went at 9pm. First tried to walk in but the lobby was already closed. However, the drive thru stays open late! Breakfast at the hotel was good. We had eggs, bacon and waffles, but there were many other items to choose from!

when we arrived, we were informed we had NO reservation. I showed them the print out of the reservation, with confirmation number, name, correct date and that it was paid for in advance. Was told I may have all that information, but Hotels.com did not confirm with Hampton Inn the reservation. The reservation was none refundable. I called Hotels.com and tried to complete steps thru the automated call, was repeatedly told to please enter the correct code, which I kept putting in. Nothing was resolved. Was told I could check in, but had to PAY again. I sure hope I can get a REFUND!

This my go-to hotel whenever I travel to AZ to visit family. Each time I guy, in the morning it’s the same guy and he is the best. He is so friendly. My room has been clean each time I go, it’s quiet, and it’s a safe hotel. I love in the mornings I can carry out breakfast to eat on the way to my family, small peanut butter cups, banana or bagel.

Room was nice,bed comfy. Breakfast was lacking, had chorizo burritos and Spanish omelet. Not really anything I could eat. I tried oatmeal but brown sugar had cinnamon mixed in and I am allergic to cinnamon. Overall stay was good

The breakfast was good but we were there a month and would have appreciated more variety. a mixed fruit dish would have been nice. the fresh fruit was not always in the best condition either. The rolls were the same every day and although good, variety would have been appreciated.

The property smelt really bad! The hallways and the rooms smelt bad. I had two rooms for two nights. There were several beatles in one of our bathrooms. I realize it's located in the desert but it wasn't the most comfortable to wake up to beatles crawling across the floor at 2 in the morning, while using the restroom.The smell was as if they needed to change their air conditioning filters. A mildew smell kind of! I have stayed there in the past, and it's gone down hill big time. I won't be staying at this specific hotel anymore. Very disappointed in my stay this time.

We had an excellent stay the staff is amazing. The only problem we had was the dog in the dinning area sitting on a chair. I think the employee should be able to verify the two questions that are allowed per the ADA guidelines and even if this was an actual service animal he should not be on the furniture and being fed at the table other than that we had a great stay.

Nice bedding and amenities. Bathroom drain was clogged and there seemed to have a moldy odor. Drain was opened but odor remained. A/C very noisy. Tub could use a replacement. Staff was friendly! Good breakfast selection!

Rooms were average and in need of updating! Especially the bed, bed skirt was torn and old looking, desk chair was not really a desk chair and very low, lighting aside from bathroom was not good.
And why is the shower curtain short so that no matter how hard I tried, floor got wet.

We requested to change rooms as our first room had 2 queens, but one bed was so squeaky and very annoying. The front desk person, I think she may have been a manager, accommodated us with a new room. We just had to wait a bit before it was ready-no problem for us. She also mentioned there were a number of rooms that had squeaky beds…humm. The new room had a very slow moving drain which was also annoying and left the sink dirty. All in all the hotel was one and a half miles from family and that was convenient for us. Next visit we will probably choose another hotel.

Our first room had broken toilet seat and we were given another room. Second room had a loose toilet seat but we survived. Never got a cleaning of the room. One cleaner said it wasn’t on her list, we did get clean towels.

The property was easy exit off the highway. Very clean rooms and staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s not entirely fair to blame the staff, but we had our one and three year olds with us. We received a call at 7pm that our children were being too loud. I’m not sure what they expected from a one year old who did not want to go to bed. Then the neighbor who reported us proceeded to slam the door and speak poorly about our family loud enough to hear through the wall. Otherwise, services were great. Malted vanilla waffle was delicious. Room was clean and well stocked.

There was a terrible smell come up from the drain line in the bathroom which made the room smell awful. We had to go down to the lobby and ask for something to spray in the room. The curtain chain was broke so we had to rig up a blanket to block the light so we could sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
