Me encantó el hotel todo espectacular, fue una instancia muy agradable, el personal, las instalaciones, la limpieza, los restaurantes, todo en general un 10. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Me gusto la comida y los tragos, la disco me encanto! Y que el restaurante de la playa está disponible hasta las 4 am

Que eh visitado el hotel varias veces y esta ves la habitación no tenía minibar y no tan solo la mía sino las 4 habitaciones que tenía mi reservación, así que si desea tiene que ir a reclamar a recepción o pedirlo a servicio de la habiatacion

Tiene un buen ambiente esta todos muy organizados desde las habitaciones asta el personal

Fridge was empty, room air conditioner was not cold enough, furniture in the room was falling apart bathroom doors, dresser no soap or toothpaste included

The hotel is small but cute, the pools were beautirful, the room was enough and comfy, food was okey, and the beach snacks restaurant was very good. The staff polite. The night club was okey too. Weren't strick with the checkout hour.

Not many activities during the day, the drinks were tasteful but the liquor was weak and poor quality, the actual good beer was charged. Could include a little more fish.

El hotel en general tiene buenas atracciones. A mi esposo y a mi nos encantó. Lo recomendamos 100%

Nos ubiese gustado usar la máquina de bateo, pero nunca estuvo abierta durante nuestra estadía.

The room are very spacious and clean

The pool doesn’t have any type of shade from 8am-5pm. The pool are very small for the size of the hotel and the people that visit. I didn’t like the staff from the club elite. They try to sell you something and try to convince you by promising things they CAN’T fulfill you. They make you waste your time. The hotel stays out of it and doesn’t even care about your wasted time at their hotel. The manager wasn’t caring about the situation. They only thing he wanted to give me was an extended room until 2pm when it was already 1pm. That doesn’t make uf for the 6 hours I wasted at the hotel. The waiters throw the beverage on the table and walk away. Very unfriendly! Do not waste your time and money here! Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Everything's extra extra extra. Not a way to run a five-star resort. Are your à la carte dinner so they put menus for $10 hamburgers? I own a burger joint. We charge 200 pesos. Going the coffee shop you got to pay for a popsicle. Drinks are mediocre. Definitely not a five star resort definitely not a VIP resort. Food was good. If they change their way instead of trying to grab money, money, money money it would be an amazing place. They don't know how to operate it though

It took almost two hours for the front desk staff to check me in. I was was given rooms I didn’t pay for, staff at the pool bar was very unprofessional, restaurant with no AC and the room looked like a regular motel. Upon arrival there was only one person checking in a line of guests that went all the way to the front. I had paid for the swim-out room and they gave me a regular room, but still charged me as if I was given the swim-out. When I asked the staff they told me i “either take it or leave it.” I asked bartender at the pool for a mojito and told me there was no lime, if I wanted some I could go get from another bar. The rooms were okay, but not much cleanliness and the bathroom had utilities falling apart. We reserved for the Mexican restaurant and ended up being booked to the Italian. When we were seated I noticed it was EXTREMELY HOT and asked if there was any type of ventilation, they told me that the AC has been broken for months. Staff members told me that they know the AC doesn’t work but still make them work under those conditions.
