Really good service and a beautiful sea view from the balcony!

Beautiful view of the islands and the sea from the terrace from the jacuzzi, heated pool on the ground floor, everything else is great...

Idyllic accommodation, heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi for this time of year, cafe in the building, location right next to the jogging path by the sea...

The staff was responsive and paid attention.

Travelling with a family we expected a place to have a common area with kitchen if we needed to cook for kids or prepare milk etc. Also no common laundry area too, I believe these are essential when travelling with families.

Everything was great for us, the facility is actually a small hotel, has a cafe, swimming pool, jacuzzi, two terraces, located near the beach and near the center, and there are several top restaurants in the area, the staff was always available ... See you again...

Great location , easy access to split old town and split center lots of restaurants and bars around far cheaper then the old town and better food!

Nothing everything was great

Location: quiet area but close to beach and centre. Restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy close.

The shower was strange. It made horrible noise and the water came out very hot. The air-conditioning did not work all the time and the air in the room got humid and too warm. Pool was nice but cleanliness coud have been better. The lock in our room did not work properly.

Lovely spacious, clean room. Pool, hot tub and outdoor area facilities are great. Pictures definitely don’t do it justice, looks a lot bigger and better in person :) Katja is a great host and we felt really welcome the whole time!

Some noisy guests, but that can’t be helped!

the room, hot tub and pool.

It was a 25 minute walk from centre but if you’re happy to walk them this is fine

Top level of accommodation, modernly decorated rooms, impeccable cleanliness, staff always on hand, location right next to a top restaurant and close to the beaches, cafe in the building... We will be back again

Would recommend this place especially if travelling in a group. Room was lovely and big. The lovely lady who owns this is friendly and was very helpful. The pool area was just the right size and the hotel is a short walk to the beach.

Was a bit of a walk to the city centre. Could be a bit cleaner as there were a lot of ants by the pool area (non in rooms though).

Really lovely room, clean and all things needed were there., location was ideal for us as we liked strolling and exploring. Hottube was lovely! Katja is lovely lady and so approachable!

We didn't use the pool as was a little cloudy for us wasn't as a clear as we would expect but I think was just the type of cleaning product used!

Luxury Rooms Pino is a great place to stay when visiting Split. Its nearby the city and has a lovely swimmingpool what almost fellt like a private one, since most of the time we were the only ones there. Also the contact with Katja was great, you could ask her anything by whatsapp and she would reply very quick. If we are ever back in Split we would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were good, but the sleeping couch was not comfortable (we slept with 4 persons in one room), but after informing Katja about it, she came with a great solution. So if we are ever back in Split we would definitely stay here again.

I did not have breakfast, location was very good

The only suggestion would be better WiFi, I found it cut out a lot and I had to use my 4g, it also couldn’t connect to the smart tv

Everything was great, morning swimming in the pool that was right in front of the room, the room is modern, the bed is comfortable, the staff is always ready to help

Everything was on the level, the room was modernly equipped, immaculately clean, swimming pool and jacuzzi always available with a large number of deck chairs, tables and chairs, parking right next to the building ...

we found the location to be ok. you can get in the city center by car (10 minutes), Uber (around 3€). There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There is a beach 10 minutes walk-Firule beach, but we found it way too crowded to enjoy (no sunbeds, but with sand). There are parking spots, but not necessarily the hotels, they are on the street in front (3 or 4 in the front of the hotel, but they are uphill-might be difficult to park). The host was very, very nice. There is no key, you are given an access code that works for the room and the entry, which is nice. Big bed.

We stayed in room 4, which is on the ground floor. It has only one window which is directly at the pool, like literally next to the sunbeds. you don’t get much privacy because of that. You can not stay with the window open, as there would be noise from the pool and everyone would hear from the room. there is no window in the bathroom (only ventilation that doesn’t seem to do much). because of all that and the humidity of the pool, there is mold in the bathroom and dampness, which you can see and smell. the shower head had basically no pressure and it was making a very unpleasant, sharp noise. The A/C seemed uncleaned, as it was smelling weird. all in all, it didn’t seem very clean and it was noisy. can’t state for the other rooms, but ours was not the best.
