We will definitely stay here again. The unit was very nice and was right on the beach. It had a heated pool and hot tub. Everyone one we met on the property was very friendly.

Nice place. The beach is right behind the building, which is very convenient. The building is dated, if that matters to you, but it's not bad. The unit on the other was modern and comfortable, with a decent view of the beach. It truly felt like a home away from home in the sense that, on top of a refrigerator and microwave available, cookware, cups, plates and small appliances such as a coffeemaker were available. Highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Great access to the beach but very busy as the neighboor is Wanna Wanna club, a restuarant, live music club. More of a party place.
The beds were comfortable, cute decorations, kitchen had everything needed. The place is very old smelling. Great grass for th3 dog.
Pool was way too hot. Felt like a hot tub and the hot tub was too hot to be in...
Parking is a hassle they give you a pass however, 42 units and only 32 parking spots. So I had to hunt of parking on the street.
I would stay there again because of my dog but it isnt worth any more considering all the ridiculous fees from VBRO and property management Vacassa.

This was not a good experience at all. First when arriving on property the instructions were to go into the room and retrieve a parking permit. When I got into the room there was no parking permit to be found. For those who have never traveled to the island please understand that every property along the beach is heavily patrolled by predatory towing companies and if they see a vehicle with no parking permit they will tow it immediately. This inconvenience lead to an hour of trying to get a parking permit and then being able to unload my vehicle. Next the unit itself does not have any working fire alarm or smoke detector. The sleeper sofa is not able to be used it is well worn with springs that have ripped from the liner that up holds the mattress and the mattress is so worn that it is no longer usable. The bedroom beds both were very uncomfortable and well worn. Pictures were taken of all of the items in the room that were deficient however this app does not allow them to be shown but everyone should be aware that the simple fact that AC operable smoke alarm is not in the room as required by city ordinance shows the lack of care for safety of the patrons staying in this condominium

This condo met our minimum expectations. It was on the beach and included just about everything you need right down to dishwasher and laundry soap. There was even a beach chair and other extras tucked away.
Our overall impression is that with the unit had a minimal DIY update a few years ago. For example, the dishwasher is not attached to the cabinet and moves around when trying to use it. The plumbing fixtures are showing their age and have lots of calcium deposits. The furnace grill is badly rusted.
There are two TVs. The one in the living room has a cable box and wireless router. The one the the bedroom is a ROKU tv with an assortment of apps including Disney+ and Apple TV. I assume previous guests have used there own accounts to log in to many of the apps. This allows you to watch premium services in the bedroom. I don't know if you can watch the cable stations in the bedroom.
The mattresses were comfortable, but they reflect a lot of heat due to the foam construction. There were pots and pans to use, but they were warped and the non-stick scratched up.
Figuring out the thermostat is tricky unless you have a Nest at home. It took some research to figure out how to turn on the heater. It's not as simple as just turning the dial up or down or setting a Heat/AC switch.
Overall, I wouldn't stay there again on my next trip.

Great location. Very easy access to beach, Cafe, bars. Great coffee place in walking distance. Security was awesome and helpful. Very nice guy. Unit has basics included. If you plan to cook there is no seasoning, no coffee, no cooking oil, etc. It's fine just know you either have to bring it all or buy it once here. A little slow to respond (3 hours) when we had difficulty getting locks open. But otherwise was a good experience, good location, and clean.

Upon checking in there was no parking pass left in the room. If you have never been to the island the first thing you will learn is that the tow truck companies are predators and will to tow your unpermitted car quickly. When I called the property management company I was instructed to search through each drawer to locate the permit and no permit was found. The room was not cleaned thoroughly by the cleaning staff as we found items from a previous guest. The biggest problem we encountered is all three smoke detectors in the room were missing. Beds in bedroom were uncomfortable and lumpy. We tried the sleeper sofa in the living room and it was worse, torn mattress support, springs dangling, and mattress is so worn you are supported by the metal rods not the mattress. We have pictures of all of these things but this format does not allow us to post them ( personal items found in room, shoddy sleeper sofa and all missing smoke detectors). Not looking after the safety of guest is a big reason to not stay at this property. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this unit.

Super cute and clean little condo. They had everything in there we needed. Beach view! So very close to the ocean. The pool and hot tub in the complex were honestly the cleanest I have ever seen in a spot like that. People who lived in the complex were very friendly, mostly older folks trying to escape the cold.

the light in this apartment is SO nice! And the view from the balcony is lovely too. it was great to be about to be in our 'house' and still be able to see the ocean and feel the wind in our hair. For being a dog friendly property this unit was VERY clean. I did not see a single dog hair from another dog the entire time we were there. Heads up if you use the broiler you will set off the fire alarm and it is loud and very dramatic and it took a while to clear the living room of smoke bc the cross ventilation is a little challenging. But all in all we would definitely stay there again.

Unit was clean but the ceiling needs to be clean! We had a little issue with parking but it got resolved very quickly. Locate was perfect and view was awesome as well.
