Great time overall. Cleanliness was a little off. We ended up mopping the floors again upon arrival as our feet were getting dirty. Pool is awesome, screened in patio is great. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Baby items available. There are pack n plays for babies to sleep in.

Tim is a wonderful host. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th bday and Tim made sure everything was amazing. He had great communication from day one. Location of property was very convenient to everything that we were interested in. He had great suggestions on where to go and places to eat.

My husband, I and our two kids (14,12) had the best time in Siesta Key. This property checked all the boxes. We all enjoyed the pool, hut tub and fishing dock. The kids had the best time playing ping pong on the porch. Location was great. Within walking distance to the beach and the village! Along with all of that came the absolute best host, Tim! His hospitality is top notch and he helped make this such a fun and memorable trip for my family. He was readily available, a wealth of information about Siesta and gave many good recommendations. We look forward to coming back again!

This property was perfect for our family. The house was clean and the pool/hot tub was refreshing after a day at the beach. Tim was an excellent host, we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Can’t wait to come again next year.

My husband and I have never visited Siesta Key and haven’t been on a vacation just the two of us since our honeymoon in 2020 so we decided to book this rental for the week and WOW! Tim was readily available for any and all questions, and also gave us many great recommendations. He is very knowledgeable about the area and definitely cares about his guests! The house had everything you could need for a beach day, fishing, and a bunch of other activities! The beach is walking distance, we also chose to drive a couple times! The village area was about a 17 minute walk for us which we only did once and opted for the free trolley the rest of the trip. Our favorite part of the home was the pool area, it was absolutely stunning and so relaxing. I spent majority of my time reading in the pool this trip. Being on the canal was also nice. We brought our english bulldog along for his first vacation and he loved every bit of it. Tim (the property owner) had left out water/food bowls for him before our arrival. Tim was an amazing host and if we ever decide to come back to the area we would stay again!

We just stayed 10 days and are already planning a trip back. Super clean, easy access to the town and the beach, plus there’s a dock for fishing!! The house was stocked with anything we could have possibly needed and the owner responds quickly and goes above and beyond for anything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfection and we enjoyed it daily from sun up until sun down. 10/10 highly recommend.

Fantastic house and stay on Siesta Key! Location was perfect. House was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, including beach goods and fishing gear. Pool and hot tub were awesome! The owner really cares about your stay and was very welcoming!

I stayed here with my family. I highly recommend it. It’s very close to the beaches and the downtown area in siesta key. The private pool area is wonderful and very peaceful. The house is quiet and the perfect getaway.

Really loved the location of this property. We spent most of our time outside in the private pool, but the beach was an easy walk down the street. Tim was very personable and kept in touch throughout the week - highly recommend!

This is a very nice property, with pool, hot tub, screened in with heat area for ping pong and just chilling. Host was on top of everything and gave us some very nice souvenirs for my parents 60 th anniversary. If you want a great location, 7 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes from restaurants, and shops this is the place for you! Would definitely rent here again when in the area!

My wife and I took my father-in-law on vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and of course the hot tub. The location is absolutely perfect!!! It is close to everything. Tim was very accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again.

My wife and two children (7 and 6) really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for us and we especially enjoyed using the hot tub, ping pong tables, and fishing off the dock. Tim, our host, was incredible all around. His communication was excellent and he had many great suggestions for things to do in the area. He even went so far to tell me where to fish and what time to fish based on the tide levels. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting again from Tim!

Enjoyed the amenities, ping-pong, air hockey and pool used daily. Clean, comfortable relaxing environment. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed it so much we would like to return. Great communication with the host.

Host was very responsive before, and during our stay. Offered great suggestions for restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. Beach is about a 10 to 12 minute walk. Appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels provided for our use, as well as a cooler.

Beautiful property, very clean and comes with all the amenities including beach items. Proximity to the beach is very close, and the kids liked watching the fish jump in the canal off the dock in the evening. Pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and the fence in yard worked great for our dog. The owner was very gracious and hospitable, calling as soon as our plane flew in to make sure we were all set and touched base a couple of times to see if we needed anything and to let us know of things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

This house has so much to offer and includes a refresh of new flooring, new paint, and decor. The pool and hot tub combo is something we really enjoyed. There are two umbrella seating areas around the pool when you need to get out of the sun or...just go into the huge screened area. The walk to the beach was easy with a beach entrance right at the end of the street. The owner provides plenty of beach towels, a beach cart, chairs and umbrella which make it that much more enjoyable. You can walk to the Siesta Key village strip in about 15 minutes, which we did one evening or just take the free ride service, which expects tips. The owners hospitality goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Should you need you need something, he always says "just ask". We hope to be back sooner than later!

What an amazing home in the heart of siesta key! The house was super clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, very clean. You can’t beat the location, right off the canal and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
I can’t say enough about our awesome host Tim. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in on us when a tropical storm was coming through.
This was the perfect place to relax! We will definitely be back again.

We had an exceptional experience with Tim and his home on Siesta Key; he was responsive and informative throughout the process. The pictures don’t do the home justice; the space is large and useable and great for families or couples, The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and our boys enjoyed fishing in the canal! We had a wonderful time at the house. Our kids loved the hot tub within the pool, the shallow part was great for our toddler. We caught catfish in the canal. Air conditioning was working great, all around comfortable stay.

Honeymoon in Paradise!!
While on our honeymoon, we had an amazing stay at Tim Taylor's Siesta Key home! Tim was there to greet us upon arrival. He was very gracious to share his knowledge of the area sites and local favorite places to visit. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and hot tub and riding bikes to the beach for days in the sun and beautiful sunsets. Tim also went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special and it wouldn't have been complete without Eddie's Limo Service. This a great property and Tim is a great host! We highly recommend!

Very nice property and Owner
This is our 3rd time staying at Tims house. He’s a great guy and very nice house. The pool and hot tub are always a hit! Very close to the beach not too far from all the action at the Village! Will definitely be back!

Convenience Was The Name of The Game!
Although the home is not located on the beach nor is it in town, it is convenient to most everything on Siesta Key. Moreover, all of the basics are in place and ready for use. Yes, some work might be required to update "the look." But one becomes satisfied that you are where you want to be.
Finally, the owner always was available to answer questions and/or see to it that user needs were promptly met.

Absolutely Amazing!
I can’t put to words the experience we had last week at Tim’s! He went above and beyond for my sons birthday, brought us fishing, and even had a limo service come give my son and nephew a ride for their birthdays! (Should out to Eddie’s Limo!) We will definitely be booking next years trip very soon! Thanks Tim for all you do!

Perfect getaway
From start to finish this vacation home was amazing. It’s our first time using VRBO. House was perfect. It was just me and my husband but would be great for a family as well. Everything was clean and well maintained from inside house to the pool and hot tub which is where we spent most of our time. The landscaping offers the perfect amount privacy from the canal that not many homes offer. Tim was so helpful with recommendations of things to do, to checking in on us to make sure everything was to our standards. The beauty of this property is that it’s within a 5 min walk to beach and a 10 min walk to restaurants. We cannot wait to go back and we will always stay at Tim’s place!!
