Clean place with a nice breakfast. Nice hosts.

Everything was perfect. The location, the rooms,.the house itself. Best thing was the homemade jam-absolutely amazing!

the breakfast was incredible, with homemade bread and muffins. The staff were all very friendly as well. All in all, Lucky's hostel is definitely in my top 5 hostels I've stayed in.

Best Hostel in town!

The hostel is a little more expensive than the other hostels in town, but definitely worth it! The place is very clean, staff very helpful and the atmosphere is family-like.

The location is great: I could walk there from the bus station, was close to everything, yet it was calm and felt safe. There is a nice garden with a view on the volcano. On arrival, I was given a map of the town with lots of great recommandations on things to see and do, restaurants, coffee, etc. The owner and staff are very friendly and could speak good English too. The rooms are great. I was in a two-bed dorm, which is perfect. They have lockers for everyone and a place to charge your phone at every bed. Since it was not high-season yet, most of us were alone in our room, which was greatly appreciated! There is a great common area and kitchen (which is well-equiped), and enough bathrooms so you don't have to wait. And everything was clean. And breakfast is simply amazing! It's healthy, there is plenty of food and choice, good coffee, and super tasty homemade bread, muffins, and jam! I've also liked that they pay attention to recycling. I have been to many hostels in my life, and this one is definitely one of my favourites!

I always try to find something to make things better, even if they are already that great, so here goes: I couldn't find a bottle opener in the kitchen, which, I repeat, is otherwise super well-equiped!

Very good staff, the owner explain you everything you need to know (even for the visits) at your arrival). Good space for common area. Nothing to complain about.

If I had to whine about something, just sometimes in the morning before the cleaning, the toilet paper was rare. But really nothing to complain about

what a great place to spend a few days in Pucon. The couple managing the property was so lovely, they gave us loads of tips. The breakfast was delicious with homemade jam, muffins and bread. The room was small but very well appointed.

Sebastián, Tom and Sarah were super friendly and helpful with lots of great advice and recommendations. We arranged a hike up the Villarica through the hostel and it was incredible. The room was clean and cozy, and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, especially the home made muffins! The shared area and kitchen were great, very cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped. We can't wait to come back!

It is very well located, close to the beach and town. The couple who run the hostel are very hospitable in every sense. They helped us organise a couple of activities and always handy for any other needs.

Esperanza and Sebastian are friendly, relaxed and very helpful hosts. The accommodation is well maintained, comfortable and very clean.

WiFi is good, but only works inside the accommodation; would be great if it would also work outside in the garden 😊

Breakfast and guardian dogs were particularly good, but it was excellent overall. Rooms were super comfy and clean, location was great (5 min walk to the lake) and the host was super nice and gentle.

The owners are really kind and nice, they care about your comfort and really worry about your stay at pucon. I would stay there again if I return to pucon. Recommend absolutely.

So nice hostel, the owners were so friendly and helpfull. They make you feel at home from the beginning. The kitchen and living rome were really cosy and because it was not too big it was really easy to meet other travellers here. So the hostel had a really social vibe what was nice. The kitchen had a lot of herbs and everything you needed. I didn't had the breakfast but it looked amazing. There is a small garden with a ping pong table and they have 2 dogs who are really cute and friendly. Gives the stay an extra homy feeling 😃

The only reason I don't give a 10 is because the bathrooms were not really clean. A lot of times there was no toilet paper and there were problems with getting hot water in the showers. Besides of that everything was perfect and I would 100% recommened them!

Comfortable bed, clean hostel, good environment to meet and interact with the other guests, if you want to cook the kitchen is good, and they receive you very well
