We wanted a proper four star hotel and this lived up to it. The beds were very comfortable and facilities very clean. St

This hotel is highly overrated. Never coming here again.

Location was close to the airport, nice area.

Reception staff need proper training and they need more professionalism. I think I was discriminated due to my Indian background and other races were getting preferred treatment. Room pillows and bed sheets were awfully disgusting. Dining area that was close to reception was extremely unorganized. Too many food and beverages staff floating around with no idea how to give customer service to guest. if we ask them something about food or allergies they will go to talk to chef and will not come back. One night we ordered food at 1930 and they prepared it at 2130 hrs, that too no courtesy of expressing apology. Not to mentioned the food was extremely expensive and whatever you asked them they will come up with an excuse related to Vibrant Gujarat.

In the middle of a deserted township

Warm reception and attitude of staff is exceptional

GIFT city is a deserted place right now. View from the hotel what you see through the window are concrete buildings in the making.

Average stay

Bad connectivity of taxi, staff were also unable to help... when i went to Radissions at Gift Club the staff helped in every sense and also arranged taxi for me twice but at Mercure staff were reluctant to do so

Won't recommend this hotel to anyone(not worth it)

The Staff is really good & cleaned the room on regular basis Used to keep the towel, toiletries & water bottles on daily basis without a miss

No Mercy shown by the hotel/booking.com and had to pay extra charges for the stay additional person in the room. However, it was a doubled bed that I booked. I wanted to cancel the booking the day i booked it. This hotel's policies are not good. Breakfast : you have a lot of options in breakfast but the quality not good. For e.g Fruits, Juices Double bed: too small for 2 persons Staff the reception not courteous, helpful. The didn't bother to ask for luggage transfer to our rooms and we carried it ourself. Not at all worth the price.
