Dirty shower, staff nonchalant

The swimming pool and Sauna were really nicely decorated. Huge family bedroom with balcony. Lovely lake views from the restaurant with excellent food but remember prices are as expected with type of location and quality of food. In my opinion not expensive. Breakfast was well stocked. Parking on site less than 100m from the reception. A really quiet and peaceful location in the middle of nature but close enough to the motorway if just a stopover is needed.

Not so much didn't like but once spa treatments are available it will be even more perfect!!!

Breakfast delicious. Wonderful quiet location with the lake view. Clean air due to the pine trees. Big parking availability. We have enjoyed sauna and swimming pool. Kind and helpful restaurant staff, we kind enough to cook the dinner for our family just before closing time and brought the dinner to our room as a service, no extra charge. Food was excellent!

The restaurant area is pretty small and tables are not comfortable located. Some tables are made for more than 4 people, which means when one family had food and left, there's still dirty dishes on the table and when another family starts to eat on available free places, restaurant personnel are starting to clean tables while the family is enjoying their breakfast. The inside area of the restaurant could be made bigger, for example to expand more to terrace. Because terrace is big enough. By creating more space in the restaurant you will be able to create more tables for breakfast inside.

It was super quite and we needed that. A good rest :) perfect location for a stay on the road.

Some deeper cleaning might be needed: the carpet had some stains, the spiders in the terrace. But in general - everything was great. Air con wasn't working - open windows helped. Thanks

Located in the nature, perfect for walks, very friendly staff, good english speaking, very good restaurant and exceptional breakfast, lots of parking space, nice small sauna and pool close to the rooms.

Heated floors in the bathroom, size of the bedroom was massive, mattress was very good quality and we did enjoy the breakfast.

Everything was fine. Room was very big and clean. Bed was very comfortable!

We tried to switch on air conditioning, but it didn't work. Maybe it was because we had no experience with it. We opened windows and it was enough.

It is a very nice hotel, will come back but it will be in winter time, we came to our room and there was about 34’ and NO air conditioning.. it was so hot, but the people there was so nice and find us a ventilator fan, it helps, but still very warm for sleeping.

No air conditioning for a 4 stars ⭐️ hotel, I do not understand this.

In the area for work and this was recommended. Great staff. Quiet location on a little lake. Bed was very comfy. Place was spotless. Only issue I had was with the dinner menu which was small. However, very understandable because of travel restrictions.
