L'Appartamento n 80 è un sogno, situato alll'ottavo piano con ascensore. Terrazza imponente e stupefacente. Vista meravigliosa fronte mare da un lato e vista Confetin dall'altro lato. Pulizia giornaliera (con ritiro spazzatura veramente gradito). Condominio con ingresso ben curato. Staff oltremodo gentile e assolutamente predisposto a soddisfare tutte le richieste ragionevoli. Ya echo de menos todo eso! Giuseppe

I stayed on ap. no .50 . it was spotless, everything what you need . The view was amazing.! Veronica it was so helpful with all the information I needed. I definitely strong recommend!

Very nice apartment, spacious, ´nice equipped, great view over the sea, good location in an aerea with many restaurants etc (but not that silent due to this, of course). A room mate comes every day except Sunday. We were very happy with the apartment, and like to come again. There is a reception in the basement in case ypu have any issues or questions. All our questions ahead were immediately answered.

The WIFI works but you have to dial in again with username and password when you have left the apartment, this is a bit inconvenient, and useless

I stayed one week in apartment nr 50. Amazing view, great location and friendly staff. I fell asleep while listening to the waves… I highly recommend Apartementos Juan Pérez!

Location very nice. Balcony with a very good view of the beach, boulevard and the sea. Good service. Nice and welcoming staff.

Somewhat noisy outside because of vivid city location. Advertised space outside does not correspond with the actual space, which is much smaller (although still nice to sit). Rusy table outside.
