El personal es muy atento y amable. El desayuno esta bien, incluso te hacen huevos o un bol de yogurt y cereales en el momento.

La cama es muy blanda. La limpieza del tapizado de los muebles deja mucho que desear (nos dio un poco de asco). El precio es excesivo valorando el conjunto. No tiene ascensor. El acceo al inmueble es un poco alejado y dificil de encontrar.

Nice spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast, staff are excellent, great location, little extras like access to cake, fruit, tea and coffee is a great touch, would book again

Angenehm 'hygge-typisch' eingerichet. Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, leckerer Kuchen und Obst jederzeit verfügbar. Küchenutzung möglich. Einfaches, aber absolut ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot mit sehr leckerer Joghurtbowl. Personal vor Ort sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Koffer wurden uns an der Haustür abgenommen und in den 1. Stock getragen. Balkon mit entspannendem Blick auf einen kleinen, etwas verwilderten Garten mit Goldfischen(!).

Mobiliar und Teppich schon etwas mitgenommen. Geräusche und auch (dezente) Gerüche aus den sanitären Anlagen. Flugzeuglärm tagsüber (nachts war okay).

The property is actually clean, which we were very pleased with. The staff are pretty friendly and accommodating where possible. They play good ambient music in the dining area and the property catches the sun nicely. We had a garden room and they left filtered water, coffee, and linen. We would definitely book again.

We already knew about the noise of the pipes every time the water turns on - you kind of get used to it to be honest but it isn't the nicest of sounds. The handle to the bathroom is falling off, which we saw someone else mention in a review so I would urge the hotel to fix it asap because it's not long before someone gets stuck in there. The Aircon is also pretty low even on the highest setting. I would encourage the staff to make the hot water and coffee first before kindly tending to the food for breakfast - on the first day it was a little late so we came to breakfast a little later for the rest of the days to make sure it was ready when we arrived. We noticed that while preparing breakfast, one of the staff members kept the fridge open for 5-10minutes at a time, since I work in food I was a little nervous about this as it's a hot country and temperate changes in a fridge can cause issues with food quite quickly. Also, another review mentioned the food wasn't fresh - we can confirm when we arrived it was fresh but the same food is put out the following days, which we gathered was probably so to not waste it or spend loads on fresh food daily. We didn't mind that so much but it did mean by the third day the bread and pastries were a little hard. Unfortunately, a couple came on our last day and at breakfast the wife decided to touch all of the pastries while deciding which one she wanted, which was quite off putting. The husband even broke a piece of the pastry with his bare hands and put it back - not the fault of the hotel but we didn't like that so glad we had chosen an early breakfast slot.

Nice place, good location near subway, good breakfast. All stuff you need are in the equipment. Everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were really nice and the location is good.

Staff were nice and accommodating to start with. Unfortunately the place looks good in photos but isn’t that well kept and has a huge problem with the smell of dampness and noise. We were initially given room number 5 where the smell of dump was hard to handle and the window would open to a smelly backyard. We asked if we can see another room and they allowed us to move to room number 1 which was right next to the main entrance. Given the old doors are made out of wood and have no isolation this meant we would wake up every time someone would come in or out of the property. Every morning when the staff would come for breakfast at 7:30-7:40 we had to get up. Same when guests were check-in in later at night. The toilet also made a horrible sound every time you would flush and when we showered. So having to use it during the night meant the other would be woken up. Same if a room close to us was using it.
