Great size house and kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great location and is easy walking distance to town, beach, park. Lovely little outside area. Floor fans in every room.

Like others have said, it could do with a bit of tlc and basic maintenance. No lock on bathroom door, threadbare sofa arm. Found a basket containing rubbish and used sanitary towels on departure day (from previous guests) in one of the bedrooms. Bin in the kitchen needs a good internal bleach. Cleaners could have done a lot better, knowing the house was going to be occupied for 6 nights.

The l ocation was very good, and parking was easy. The kitchen was fairly well equiped, with a very good stove and large fridge. Heating system easy to use.

On entering the lounge, the first thing you see is a very shabby sofa, where there a big hole in the upholstery. The main bedroom was very good, but the 2 double beds in the other rooms were too small for 2 people. More tea towels would have been appreciated. Lot of fluff and dust and sweet wrapeers under the bed.

A very spacious and charming house. Sparkling clean and well appointed. The large kitchen diner was particularly useful for s family holiday.

A few more child friendly items of crockery would have been useful

Shower extremely hot and unable to alter. Children all had to bath, as shower would have burned them. One sofa very worn, threadbare on the arm. Considering the house accommodates 8 people, the lounge and dining don’t seat 8.

Great location, so close to the beach. A quick walk into the town. Easy access into the property and the property was a great size. More than enough room for our family.

Located close to sea front was very good.. Facilities of superior quality. Ease of key collection very good.

We only had a single key which posed problems when we were out separately. The shower was difficult to control water temperature. I could not log into the online boarding pass as the code given to me was not acknowledged. Consequently, I had to ring Fox Rentals direct to gain my arrival information

the blankets on the sofas are a little silly. I understand it’s a business but a ripped up blanket paying £400 a night should be changed. it’s only pocket change to replace this . and it’s the difference between recommending the property or not.

Location was great. Lounge was comfy. Kitchen generally well stocked. 2 largest bedrooms good.

Couple of kitchen chairs were broken/wobbly. Very difficult to open some windows & seemed as if the handles might snap (we did not force them at all). Only one window opened in kitchen & was difficult to use. One kitchen blind fell off, when we tried to open it, another had no cord. Second bathroom was more of a cloakroom and main bathroom toilet was loose.
