Condo was awesome...would definitely stay there again!

This property is no doubt the best property in Lionshead! It has easy access to everything you need and has breathtaking views! One of my favorite properties that I have ever stayed at. Already planning to head back soon!

Great place to stay.

The condo unit was cleaned and the bedrooms were spacious. The location was perfect. We had an enjoyable time despite the shut down of Vail Resorts and Village due to the coronavirus pandemic . We only stayed one night and was graciously and promptly reimbursed by the staff, who were very readily available. Hopefully, we can try again next year.

We stayed in this flat over spring break with our four children and couldn't have been more pleased with the amenities it offered and the location for shopping, skiing and dining out. We would be thrilled to stay there again.

Unbelievable location for skiing . Great views. Very comfortable for a family. Well maintained with modern amenities. Private Hot Tub ! Responsive managing agent. Highly recommended.

Condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. The location couldn't be beat and the parking garage was nice. I'd stay here again for sure.

We had 3 dads and 3 teenage boys on our trip. The location is excellent. Our deck overlooked the gondola in Lionshead Village. True ski in / ski out. Double Diamond ski shop was in our building. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance along with a market for all the necessities. Property manager was very accommodating and communication with them was smooth. Perfect spot.

We had a fabulous week in Vail renting this condo. The directions and explanations were spot on and couldn’t have been easier to follow. The location of the condo was second to none. After skiing 3 previous years with small kids this was by far the easiest location to ski in & out every day. The only negative feedback I would have is that the unit did not have a washer/dryer in it like advertised. It was a community washer/dryer down the hall which worked out fine. Also, I reached out several times to the management company and got no response. If you’re a laid back family like we are and don’t mind a couple slight inconveniences this is absolutely the most spectacular property you could rent. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we hope to use your facility in a future event!

We own a property in Vail that is very nice. So our standards are quite high. For the price, this unit was exceptional. Great location. Easy to get to. Great communications by the owners. Unit was very well appointed. Bedrooms, showers, kitchen were all excellent. Very modern inside for being in an older building. We were worried about being just above Garfinkels...not an issue with noise or kitchen smells. And excellent views. And the private jacuzzi was terrific. Will certainly stay again.

Really loved the location of this property. It was the perfect size for our family. The 30 or so steps from the snow to our condo was fantastic

Had a terrific time and exceeded expectations. The condo had great space and a "cool cabin" like feel. The location is the best ski-in/out we've ever seen. The management team for the building was so kind and helpful and we will definitely book again!

This unit is located in an incredibly convenient area with wonderful views of the gondola and lift. All facilities were extremely clean, and there's plenty of space for larger groups. The private hot tub was a great treat after a full day of skiing. I can't speak highly enough of this property!

This property checks-off all the wonderful aspects of a ski condo - incredibly convenient location, great views from the balcony, very clean, great amenities, etc. The private hot tub is an awesome addition as well! I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone considering a Lionshead condo!

My family consists of myself, my wife and two daughters (17 and 19). We chose to come to Vail because we enjoy the mountains, the snow, and the chance to improve our skiing and snow boarding skills (we are beginners for sure). I wanted a true ski in ski out. This is a premium property within steps of two ski lifts at Lionshead Center in Vail. I expected to pay a bit more for the location and had expectations to go with that cost. Let me start with the positives (and there are many). The condo was everything I expected in terms of convenience to the lifts, shopping and eating. So nice to have our own covered parking space too! The large windows in the den gave us a spectacular view of the mountain and of Lionshead Center. The private hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of skiing. Huge flat screens in every room, fast WiFi, and access to Netflix. The bedrooms were big and there was plenty of storage. It was nice that the den had tall ceilings for both view and to not make the place feel cramped. All the windows had powered shades that worked well to block out the glare on those sunny days. As for some negatives, there were only a couple and I feel obligated to mention them because I would have never expected it given the price and the fact that this was such a nice property. The first issue we experienced was in the master shower on our first morning. The shower head was one of those extra large ones about the size of a small dinner plate. However, when I turned on the water, I would have compared the pressure to someone delicately hand watering some potted plants. I’m sorry, if you intend to use shampoo or spend less than 30 minutes in the shower, it was truly useless. (Note: We did call Berkshire and the maintenance guy said the shower head was never going to work with the low-flow system). Also, there was not a single washcloth in the entire place! My next issue would be in the kitchen. It was small, but high end, yet it lacked some basic stuff. There was a coffee maker, but not any sugar (or even a packet). Also, no salt and pepper. I was peeved to have to go and purchase these items. Lastly, the place has a private ski locker just outside near the lifts. The lock would never unlock. I called and Berkshire informed the building management, but it was never fixed. We had to store all of our ski stuff in the back of our rented Tahoe. Overall, I would recommend staying but be prepared and call to see if things were fixed.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect!

The location of the unit is fantastic and can't be beat. When you exit the building to head to the gondola the ski lockers are right by the door. This makes it very easy and quick to come in for lunch or a break during the day. We traveled with 3 teens so they could head in whenever they wanted and not have to stop mid mountain to buy lunch. The view from the balcony is beautiful- overlooks the mountain and gondola. The unit itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Having the private hot tub is amazing after long days of skiing. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Place! Very well located, just in front of the lionshead gondola and 10 steps to the bus station.

The view is breath taking. This is my second time staying in 307 Lionshead CTR. I arranged a trip for 8 men on our annual ski trip. Living space is not as big as some other condos, but being located directly above Garfinkels and literally steps from the gondola in Lionshead was our priority. Condo furnishings are nice, beds are comfortable. Master bedroom has a private balcony with a hot tub. My friends had no problem sharing the 4 bunks in bedroom 2. Kitchen is small but fully functional. Nice new TV. Only thing missing is a laundry setup in the condo, but there is a shared laundry room just down the hall. If you value convenience, proximity to the village, slopes, and Apres Ski then I don't think you can do much better then this! You'll pay a handsome price for that convenience, but you know that already......
