Apartment Alhambra views. Mirador de la Victoria
Este amplio y precioso apartamento, ubicado en el famoso barrio del Albaicín, está completamente reformado y decorado para asegurar el descanso y confort de nuestros huéspedes. Todos sus estancias son espaciosas y muy luminosas, y con maravillosas vistas a la Alhambra.
El apartamento se encuentra en una segunda planta, a la que se accede tras subir un único tramo corto de escaleras debido a la pendiente de la calle. El salón, amueblado con muebles de diseño, cuenta con zona de estar con cómodos sillones y sofás, y zona de comedor, y le entra mucha luz por los amplios ventanales. La cocina es muy espaciosa y está amueblada al detalle con todo lo necesario. Hay tres dormitorios, dos de ellos con camas separadas de 90*1.90 cm, y otro con cama de matrimonio de 150*200. Los cuartos de baños son independientes, uno con ducha y otro con bañera. Y la terraza privada, que se encuentra en la azotea del edificio, está perfectamente amueblada con mobiliario de exterior para poder disfrutar de sus preciosas vistas mientras cenan o simplemente descansan contemplando la Alhambra.
El barrio del Albaicín, eclarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, es símbilo de Granada, y pasear por sus calles es una maravilla, tanto por las vistas, como por la variedad de bares y restaurantes, y pequeños comercios que hay.
**Para estancias mensuales, los suministros de agua y luz estarán incluidos hasta un máximo de 100€ mensuales. A partir de esta cantidad será el huésped el que se haga cargo de la diferencia, siendo entregada por parte del alojamiento la factura correspondiente para verificar el gasto.**
Durante la estancia no podrán acceder al inmueble más personas que las que hayan indicado en la reserva, por tanto queda prohibido el acceso al inmueble a personas que no estén registrados como huéspedes. El incumplimiento de este precepto supondrá el cargo extra del 50% del importe de la estancia completa como penalización, o en su defecto la expulsión inmediata del alojamiento.

Granada and this property were our favorite part of our 10-day, 3-city tour!!!! The property is perfect and the views are ridiculous!!!!! It’s also in a wonderful location and very well appointed. Couldn’t have been more satisfied!!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

The apartment is beautiful, and I mean beautiful. It’s so well equipped and comfortable. Beds were perfect! Spotlessly clean. The location and views cannot be matched!!!! I adored every second I was there. Elvira, the wonderful woman who checked me is was fabulous- she needs a raise. Genteel homes however was awful. They never responded to questions inside the VRBO app but sent messages to a US phone not working in Spain. I called them, requested that they communicate only through the VRBO app but it didn’t really happen. Instead we settled on what’s app which was fine except for the fact that after a number of messages we agreed on a check in time. They were 45 minutes late so I had to sit on the street with all the bags and just wait. When I messaged them they said they were on there way. They were not. The person who did show up late (Elvira) was only told to come to check us in after we had already been waiting a 1/2 hour. She’s an Angel!!! Give her a raise! Fire whoever Pilar is!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Views
This is the best place to stay in Granada! The view of the Alhambra is unbelievable
from both the living room and the terrace. The place was super clean and checking in and out was simple. I highly recommend this magical property.

not as advertised
The apartment was not at all as advertised. Although the apartment was spacious and the kitchen fairly well equipped, the apartment overall was not in the best of shape and needs some updating. The main selling point for us was the patio/terrace with the view of Alhambra, which was a big disappointment and not as advertised. The view was indeed nice but the patio was small, hard to access and in a bad shape.The actual patio furniture was not what is shown in the picture. Instead of the nice patio couch and chairs shown in the pictures, there was a cheap and uncomfortable patio furniture. The patio floor was dirty and most of the patio plants were half-dead. worst of all was the exhaust from the water heater which blows smoke/fume in your face as you sit down in the patio. To get to the patio you need to go up a tricky narrow spiral staircase then go through a roof door which is so narrow and low that three of us bumped our heads in a very painful way. communication was poor. no one was there to open the two gates for you upon arrival. The Wifi was weak and the instructions for it were poor. The WiFi code is placed on the door but not readable. Communication was poor. I would not recommend this place. Definitely not worth the price.

Great apartment with spectacular view.
The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable. The view of the Alhambra from the terrace, the kitchen and the living room is absolutely spectacular - makes the stay very unique and memorable.

Stunning views, clean and comfortable apartment
This was among our favorite and least expensive stays during a six-week tour of Spain. The apartment is located in a beautiful, secure, and quiet courtyard building. It's right off of Carrera del Darro, at the base of the Albaycin.
The apartment is simply, but beautifully decorated. The living / dining area is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is bright with a cute breakfast table that was perfect for feeding our kids in the morning. All of the bedrooms have double beds (either twins pushed together or a queen), clean sheets, comfortable pillows. Two of the bedrooms had closets for unpacking your things, one did not. Bathrooms were also clean and functional.
The crown jewel of course is the private terrace overlooking the Albaycin and Alhambra. We spent almost every evening up there sipping wine, eating homemade tapas, and watching the sky and buildings change color as the sun set. It's nothing short of magical.
The host company was very responsive to emails, texts, and Whatsapp messages. They provided a crib for our son and were kind enough to book our transport to the airport, which I recommend. It's cheaper and easier than finding a taxi on your own. My only request is that the hosts provide enough laundry and dishwasher detergent to accommodate the length of stay.
Would go back in a heartbeat. Wish I could go back there now... If you've never been to Granada, stay here, spend plenty of time wandering the Albaycin and Carrera del Darro (in comfortable flats -- very bumpy cobblestone!), enjoy drinks and tapas at Calle Navas, visit Alhambra (and attend a concert or show at the theater if possible), visit Carmen de los Martires, melt away in the Hammam, revel at the sounds of musicians all around, be moved by the passion of Flamenco... you will fall in love.
