Our group stayed for a weekend (Thursday-Monday) and mostly enjoyed our time. The home was clean, very easy to enter at check-in time, and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do while in town. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and plenty of dining ware. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all exactly as shown on the website. The TV included subscriptions to several major streaming services, which was great during our at-home relaxation. There was even a puzzle, which a few of us did one morning. The neighborhood - outside of a little noise from the nearby dog park during some hours - was very quiet.
The only major challenge our group had related to the pool heating. Throughout the trip, we were never able to get the pool and spa to be heated at the right temperature simultaneously (when the pool was a good temperature, the spa was too cool, and when we called the property manager to get the spa to the right temperature, it made the pool far too hot), and the spa's heat dipped below conventional spa temperature late in the day on Sunday, on a day we'd paid for. Other than this specific issue, we really enjoyed our stay.

We made this cozy home our base camp for 6 nights in March for exploring the greater Palm Springs area. Great location for visiting the living desert zoo and gardens, aerial tram, air museum; and only about an hour drive to Joshua tree and Salvation mountain. Close to old town la quinta.
The home had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, open layout, plenty of amenities, close to a dog park and kids park across the street. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the surrounding mountains. The kids loved the pool!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament this last weekend, and this home was in the perfect location. We were 4 miles away from the fields and it was very convenient.
The house was exactly like the description and pictures provided. It is a beautiful home and it was very clean. Check in was very easy. The home is in a quiet clean neighborhood very close to old town La Quinta (if the weather was warmer/drier, we could have walked there in 5 minutes).
We communicated with Joe a couple of times and he was very responsive and great to deal with.
We would definitely recommend this home!

5 of us stayed here and really enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool enjoying the
California sunshine! One problem we had was there were no instructions on how
to use the tv remotes which made it impossible to watch any news etc. We only seemed
to be able to get one channel despite repeated tries. Also, the owner could provide night
stands on both sides of the beds.. hard to read at night if you are on the wrong side of the
bed. All in all, it was a fun place with just a few quirks that could be easily fixed.

We were looking for a great pool house in a quiet neighborhood and this place didn’t disappoint! It’s August so La Quinta is hot but the house stays cool and has very good air conditioning. There are also umbrellas outside including one that covers part of the pool. There is Tons of shopping options in close proximity as well as Joshua Tree National Park.

My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend and we were not disappointed. There was plenty of towels and blankets provided so there’s no need to bring your own. There is plenty of plates, bowls, and cups.. as well as cookware/ appliances. The owner was also really communicative😊

stayed there a couple of weeks in January. Great location, and ideal setting for my Golden Retriever. Dog park is across the street, which was really convenient. Wasn't loud either when relaxing in the backyard, tall fence helped, and dog park is down in a gully. One hiccup when checking in, but was responded/resolved immediately. Only recommendation is staying on top of the maintenance of the home as there were a few lights that were out, or missing a bulb, including some switches that needed to be replaced. These issues were minor, and I didn't need to have them come fix the switches during my stay. Would absolutely stay there again. Very nice being able to walk to old town as well (few blocks away).

Clean, well appointed kitchen, nice back yard and outdoor furniture. All appliances and air conditioning worked well. Be advised the televisions are smart tv's but there is no cable access. You'll need a log in for YouTube, Hulu, etc. to watch anything live.

Communication, check in and the whole process was easy. Definitely get the pool/spa package especially if the weather is cooler. It was hot when we went and it was still worth it! We look forward to coming back to this property.

Beautiful property. Perfect size. There was two moms and two teens and it worked out perfectly. The pool was everything. Neighborhood was very safe and close by shops and restaurants were a plus. Ice maker was a great bonus for us. Thanks for such a great stay.

This house and location was excellent! Close to Old Town La Quinta and able to walk or ride bikes to the village. The outdoor space was perfect! Kids swam all day and room for bocce and other games. We recommend requesting the pool heating for the extra fee, well worth it. The cove was a short 5min drive for great hiking/biking trails.
