I wanted to change rooms to have a double bed and was offered a new room straight away for no extra cost, when I changed my mind and wanted to keep my room there was no fuss from the staff, they helped with everything from bus times to recommendations and everything else, one staff member in particular, Miguel was very very helpful and was also very kind and we had multiple conversations and was just overall very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is right beside multiple big stores, a McDonald’s, a kids fun park, a big strip with lots of little shops, restaurants, pubs ect, a 5 minute walk to the beach and literally right beside the bus to palma and the bus to the airport, we got a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was completely organised by the hotel and only cost €20pp each way. The hotel room was very clean and we had an amazing view from our balcony. Overall the staff were amazing and it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We went at the end of the season so the entertainment in the hotel was lacking. The bar was cash only which can be a bit difficult with us younger people only using cards. The food could have more variety and didn’t look too appealing which made us opt to eat out every night.

Everything about this hotel is perfect, great value for money. Two suggestions: 1. don’t charge for standard dinner drinks 2. put signs for food so that we don’t need to ask every time if it’s pork or chicken or something else

Staff was very nice and helpful. Even they put dinner to our room on the first day when we arrived lately. The location of the hotel is just perfect-pretty close to beach.

Hotel was very clean, staff cleaned our room every day in detail (they even folded some clothes that i left on the chair). Food is great, kitchen staff is also very nice to the guests, they will help you with everything you need. Pool is really nice, there's a lot of space for everybody. Water in pool is clean and nice, refreshing temperature.

The Santa Maria was very clean and it was in an excellent location, the staff where very friendly and very pleasant.

I had to get up at 5 o clock one morning to get a transfer back to the airport, there is a go kart place just across the road and the noise from there kept me awake until about midnight.

It was really pleasant vacation and hotel location. Breakfast and dinner had a lot of different dishes which were really tasty.

We were expecting a little bit more local dishes / cuisine.

Location, cleanliness of the place, cleaning was done daily, very close to the beach. Food was plentiful and ok, staff were nice, aircon was great and for no extra fee (JUN)

good location right on the strip , pool is clean and very good size bigger in real life than the photos , room was kept clean everyday , clean bedding and towels cleaners very good. hotel was kept so clean . nice rooms and good size. a

label food, this is bad for people with allergys. we are English and when eating at meal times if we was unsure on food we would ask the chef and they spoke no English whatsoever so we couldn’t even find out that way. also food needs more variety .
