The spa area was great and perfect after a long day skiing! Restaurant and bar are fantastic.

Staff really friendly, breakfast was flawless. The bar tender Alex is a joy.

Sometimes the shower ran very hot and then very cold.

During our stay a member of staff left an unauthorised, drunk and abusive individual into our room in the middle of the night. Management failed to confirm with the individual if this was their room and willing opened the door to them. Management have failed to reach out to us after the incident and have failed to follow up with us since in the incident. The individual was drunk and aggressive and reception ended up calling the police to remove the individual from the premises. Unless you like unwanted, aggressive individuals in your room I wouldn’t recommend.

Cleaning its bad

Nice clean rooms with great beds. Breakfast was really good. Bar area is great in the evening.

Pool area is not great - might be ok for little children… but toooo busy for teens and nowhere to sit for adults. Wish the sofa’s in the bar area was accessible during the day… I didn’t ski and would have liked to read my book here.

The location

They were understaffed. Very bad service, very poor breakfast and the spa it is small and they have a capacity of 35 persons. The water of the pool is not hot and was not clean.

Bed covers were dirty. There were no room service personnel to change it in the evening. So, receptionist were changing and we felt insecure about that. Hotel switching off the heating system at night and my child catched a cold during the night. No parking

The location is beautiful, very near the ski park entrance, also there are many restaurants and bars in the area. The breakfast was also nice and tasty

perfect location, just a short walk from the lifts. it’s a cosy, clean hotel, with home made food.

we had a lovely view of the mountains, thanks to super friendly staff, who went the extra mile for us. A part of the hotel at the back is facing the wall, so some rooms have hardly any light.

Windows of room to an indoor patio. If we ever opened the windows and speak in a normal tone someone from other room would complain. No parking available or full, had to park very far away and was pricey.

The Hotel was perfect location and the Staff particularly Diego on reception super helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and spa great too.

Everything went well, but we could not get fresh air in our room!
