No es como en las fotos…es un sofá cama no una cama. El baño tiene humedades y es casi imposible sentarse o moverse…no había terraza como en las fotos. A la hora de llegar nos decepcionó mucho la atención

The manager/host is very friendly. The studio is very light and nice, we loved the balcony, the quiet street it was facing (we stayed in summer though and I think in winter it can be more crowded and noisy), and the transformer bed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, including a sponge for dishes and liquid for washing them. Some oil, salt and bringer, filters for the coffee maker, shower gel and soap. They put an effort to make your stay comfortable and carefree. Very friendly and helpful manager Guilhem, told us about things to see/do, was promptly answering our questions in WhatsApp and in person (the office just across the road).

Not that we didn’t like anything but something to consider. The place was very small for the 3 of us, I should have paid more attention to the size of the studio when booking. Yet everyone had a place to sleep. If you plan to spend much time outside it’s just fine. Since there is no washing machine, you might want to use the laundry downstairs, that accepts only coins, was a challenge to change the money, a wash is from 4 to 6 euros, dryers are useless thou, a waste of time and money. Had some issues with WIFI which were promptly fixed.

There was little to like

The hosts were not friendly or helpful. The apartment had both red and black mould on the walls and ceiling. When we advised of the issue with the mould we were advised that it is normal and met with a hostile manner, the man was rude and tried to charge us extra for moving from the horrible apartment they should not have provided. also charged for a shabby table we did not break! when we asked about towels there was no offer of getting additional towels.
