Some of the front desk staff were not as hospitable and warm or as knowledgeable as they should have ten as comparecer to almost e dry other dept.

Everything was exceptionally good about our stay. Katerina Angelkovska took really good care of us with very good communication pre arrival. We booked a family room and upon arrival were upgraded to Junior Suite which was a very nice surprise. Having a dog pet with us they prepared bowls, some treats and toys which we found in the room. During the weekend it was my daughter's birthday and again they sent us sweets and soft drinks in the room complimentary and we truly appreciated especially by my daughter. The hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing and the food is the best. Breakfast is one of the best on the island. Everything was so fresh and varied selection. During our stay we dined at Waterbiscuit and Lubelli and we were really satisfied. Check in and out was very smooth. What's amazing about this hotel is that we visit every year and each year it's better than the previous one. Katerina you are a big asset to Interconti and you have a great team of people working with you. We will be back in January 😊. Stefan & Family

Location is next to all the clubs, they should really say this. The check out lady was unpleasant and no one took the time to seeing out for you.

Great location and staff are exceptional

High summer is very very busy in this location - so prepare for crowds and noise. Pool music was non stop

The staff was great and made us have our stay very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Katarina, Mary Grace and Arjeneive for their kindness and high level service to make us feel at ease. We have enjoyed a lot from the pool and the playroom. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

It could be noisy during the nights, because the hotel is in the middle of Paceville, where the pubs and disco's are.

Staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating, they saw to our every need. Breakfast had plenty of options and everyone left well fed.

A little hard to find your way around the hotel as it appears to have had additional parts added to the building over the years. It's a bit of a maze if you are new to it.

This place is amazing The staff there is one of the best I have ever had Tetiana met us at the beginning and she was so kind and helpful Then as we took the upper floors suite They took us to the lounge where we Got the best service from Katrina the manager She was amazing She was so helpful for everything we asked. It made our trip much better We definitely going to come back in the future

Excellent room, great balcony, great breakfast and the staff could not have done anything more for us. They were always on hand to help and Katerina was an amazing host for us. The reception staff, concierge and cleaning staff as well as the waiters were all amazing and very attentive to our needs. I will not stay at any other hotel in Malta when I go the next time

This is one of the best quality service I received from hotel in 20 years. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Guest Experience Executive Ms. Katerina Angelkovska is a great person, which goes way, way above the standard to make the customer happy. People working in the hotel and especially Katerina have made our stay wonderful and we are so glad to choose this hotel. We are a family 2+3 and hotel was able to accommodate us in a room with two huge and two normal beds. We appreciate it! Finally we could have good sleep. (In other hotels we usually need to sleep with one of the kids). Lovely! The breakfast was good (continental + option to choose extra hot meals). Service at breakfast also great. Everyday fresh bottles with water is a nice and useful gift. The location of the hotel is convenient for divers when they use DiveWise/TechWise center. There is an additional exit from the hotel at level 8 and that is a very useful exit/entrance. I cannot think of any other hotel to choose on my next trip to Malta. Great job, people at Intercontinental Malta!

The food quality at the swimming pool could be improved. We were missing additional electrical sockets at the bed. (There were at the desk, but only USB at bed).

Super breakfast, good location for business and night out . Room have been refurbished, staff is super nice :)
