Nothing! Everything was perfect

The hotel has all the conditions to be really good. The view from the rooms to the sea is wonderful, the beds are good (though the pillow was quite hard), the food is good and the staff is friendly, especially the cleaners and waiters are excellent and hardworking. There are plenty of hobby opportunities and, for example, massage services. The beach bar is surprisingly cheap, but the sunbeds on the beach cost €4.

The problem is self-inflicted noise: the garden-like courtyard area could be cozy, but everything is ruined by the hour-by-hour music playing in the pool area, which gets on your nerves and ruins your vacation. Can't everyone listen to music with their own headphones if they want to? In addition, the aircraft noise is loud at times. Planes land frequently at certain times early in the morning and late in the evening. For this reason, you cannot keep the balcony door open while sleeping. The neighbor's smoking on the balcony also disturbs. Sound insulation between the room and the corridor is poor. Without music our rating is 8 now 7.

The view was gorgeous. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Close to the beach and all of the restaurants.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The pool was big and very clean. Also the breakfast and dinner options were so versatile and even as a fussy easter I was able to have plenty of options which was so nice.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely, and the breakfast was great - so many options to choose from! There's also a lot of restaurants and bars close by.

Parts of the hotel are quite old and could do with an upgrade but it didn't bother us.

We had a great and comfortable room with a stunning view. Breakfast was good, stuff friendly. It was clean. Good swimming pool.

Amazing food, nice and clean room, beautiful view

I liked that the attitude was personal, the meals were good, the first place where the coffee was OK. It was comfortable to be by the pool and there were enough chairs so you didn't have to fight.

Buffet restaurant: spectrum of complex dishes and their natural taste (not spicy etc.), bravo chef and kitchen team👏, cleanest of the tables (tablecloth changes immediately after one's meal), servers are unobtrusive and attentive; sea beach is behind a pool area. I lived in a "bungalow": a room recent decoration finish, quiet private terrace in the garden. Professional folk dance ballet for 1 hour. 5G internet everywhere, even offshores (1km)!

The reception lady didn't smile 🙃. Aeroplanes descend over the hotel, not frequently in the late evening though mainly in the daytime. I lived in a "bungalow" in the garden, 200 m away from the main building; across the street was an open-air discotheque every night until 2 a.m.; it wasn't unbearable, yet audible.

Nice area close to the beach

The breakfast had a great variety and I would like to add the guest service staff and cleaning staff was friendly. Many stores walking distance and great places to rent a car and atv.

The management and pool bar staff are very rude. We understood and spoke Greek and they didn’t realize this and we overheard them speaking rudely about guests. Also, when I sprained my ankle and we needed ice, the pool staff was very rude and when we complained to the management we were told it isn’t the US to get free ice.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I loved the fact that the waiters changed the table sheets everytime someone was done eating. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day. I was very happy that there was free parking because I would not have been happy if I had to park my rented car on the street. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was also very helpful.

I didn't like that I had to pay to use a security deposit box.

Big old comfortable resort hotel. Nice pool area, direct acct to the beach. Fantastic breakfast included.

In the non-smoking rooms you are actually allowed to smoke in the balcony. Both neighbors smoked so I was bombarded with cigar smoke every time. As a non smoker this is awful. There should be separate rooms in the hotel to avoid this.
