Manilos and Maria were fantastic hosts. The property was ideal as a base for travelling around. In a side street just 5 minutes walk from beach, shops and taverna's. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Ground floor rooms have a small courtyard upper rooms a balcony. There's a garden as well if you prefer.

Everything you need for a holiday, massive bed! Amazing owners was there every morning to speak with, recommended places to visit. Nice bottle of wine on arrival, pastry’s also left later on during the week and allowed us to use the room for late checkout. Came to say goodbye when we was leaving and ordered us a taxi 😀. we hired a car which I would recommend as taxis to and from Rhodes and attractions would add up over the week, we hired a car for €120 for the week, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. would 100% be coming back to this hotel when we return to Rhodes.

The hosts Manolis and Maria were fabulous! The room was clean and comfy with all the basics we needed for a few days self catering. We had a private outdoor terrace next to a beautiful garden that was open to all guests. There was a bottle of wine and fresh flowers in the room when we arrived, we had lemons from a tree in the garden, and one day fresh baked cake and biscuits from Maria too. The appt is less than one minutes walk from shops and restaurants, about 5 minutes each to buses to Rhodes town or to the beach. Close to everything but also nice and quiet.

We were met by Manolis, the owner, with a lovely friendly welcome, he showed us up to our room and gave us a delicious bottle of Greek wine as a welcome gift. Later on in the day we also met his lovely wife Maria. Rooms are spacious with everything you need to cook your own food if you may wish, they are kept very clean by the friendly house keeper, Natasha. There is a supermarket and places to eat nearby, the beach is a 5 minute walk away, WiFi is very good, well recommended for your stay in Lalysos. Thank You again Manolis and Maria for making our stay a memorable one.

Nothing to dislike

Very little except the size of the balcony and the fact that the lighting was good.

The noise from the building works opposite that started just after 7 a.m every day except on Sunday. On one occasion we had two mechanical diggers working plus one large crane and a crew of builders hammering banging and drilling etc which was far from pleasant. Two buildings are under construction. Also the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. There were no net curtains to give any privacy even though the apartments were facing a block of residential apartments. Overall we were very disappointed as we had deliberately booked our stay late in the season to have a quiet break and all we got was constant noise.

i have booked property in the afternoon and arrived at midnight. Super easy communication, quick responses. i booked few nights and then last minute had to extend. it happened twice and they were so helpful and each time they made it happened even if it mean moving rooms which was extra work for them. i got the best home made cake also and pretty flowers. such a helpful couple, they would do anything they can to help!!! place is very clean, has everything you need, amazing location! and very good value for money! if i come back to the area, for sure I will stay here again.

The accommodation is very close to the airport, well furnished, well located at 5minutes by walk to the beach and the turisitc areas where you can find a large choice of restaurants, bars, super market... The host are very welcoming and friendly, they will help you for anything you should need. I recommend this accommodation.

Set in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of all amenities, Tavernas, Supermarkets and the beach. The terrace was an excellent size, the studio clean very well attended and sufficiently supplied with utensils to allow me to cook a couple of meals. Manolis and Maria were excellent hosts extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing would thoroughly recommend!

We are really excited about our rest in Rhodes and this accommodation. There is a very nice terrace where our kids played gladly. The quite small kitchen is equipped by electrical grill. There are really comfortable beds. Our rooms were cleaned very good in one day with alive roses on the table. Our hosts are exceptionally hospitable people. I keep in mind their words "if our guests are happy we are happier 10 times more". And it wasn't only the words: they resolved our additional requests with exceeding our expectation. Rhodes and our hosts will be in our hearts long time and we will remember the rest with pleasure.

Lovely spacious two bedroom apartment with super-comfortable large beds. Hosts very friendly and keen to help when needed. Quiet location an easy walk to beach.

Limited cooking facilities - not an issue if you don't intend to cook.
