From the outside it looks perfect there is good parking and the location is fantastic.

The room was shabby and very tired. There was a big gap at the top of our door and the lock didmot feel secure we were offered another room but it was the same. Such a shame as the location is fabulous and the front desk area very smart.

Location and Parking

On Booking.com the room was advertised as having minibar and a kettle. They had none. We stayed two nights, but the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.

The hotel location was close to everything we wanted to do. The hotel front desk and the breakfast staff were great, willing to help and very friendly.

Room carpet was not as clean as it expected. The hallway room entrance had a very nasty spot, it looked like a dog poop. The room door frame lock made us feel like somebody broke into the room and poorly repaired, we felt very insecure. Breakfast hot buns were nice and hot on the outside and cold/frozen in the inside.

Easy to find, my second stay at this hotel, like the secure parking at rear for my motorcycle. Pleasant staff throughout my stay. Slept well, through the night. Easy check out.

Breakfast wasn't the best tbh, with runny scrambled egg & greasy fatty bacon. Pastries were fine & warm thanks.

strange corridors

Central location.

The hotel is very tired and dirty. In my room my bin hadn't been emptied and there were tissues, albeit clean, under the pillow. Thr bathroom has seen better days and the carpet is disgusting. The whole place needs a serious seeing to.

The hotel is located in a very central position and the night staff went the extra mile to find bedding for the cot other staff had left without.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. It is very old, dusty and damaged a bit everywhere. Just in the room, the carpets were completely worn out and discoloured, the curtains ripped/with holes, the lamps had thick dust on them, there was hair in the bath tub and limescale, 2 of the towels seemed already used, there were bug scuffs on the doors, wardrobes, handles and the bathroom door did not shut. There were very dim/low voltage lights throughout. The cot they had placed in the bedroom did not have bedding, as we arrived at about 11 pm, the night staff did their best to find some bedding but eventually arrived with a duvet for us to use instead. She was incredibly helpful although mortified about the situation. By mistake, we went into another part of the building were the rooms, doors and corridors were even older, and there were holes in the ceiling. We could hear people using their bathroom while waiting for the lift. Were our room was, the building was better. Read the hotels reviews on Google for more info.

The location was excellent. The staff were really helpful and very good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok , but quite expensive for what you get.13euro per person.

The hotel and rooms need a good upgrade. Shabby decor and carpets. No kettle in room.

Great responsive service from staff, really helpful arranging rooms that were close. Always helpful and charming.

The building was being refurbished and was clearly in need of this. I look forward to seeing it when its done. Another negative is the use of a plastic sheet under the bottom sheet. These are DREADFUL for guests. As well as making you wake up in the middle of the night wet with sweat, they carry the implication that guests can't be trusted with a good mattress. Other Kyriad Hotels don't have it. Please stop using them.

Hotel is a great location to visit the city. Friendly staff, clean, safe and quiet.

Very tired and quite dirty and Shabby rooms. Needs some serious investment on this hotel. I know it’s cheap but cleanliness is free. Location is probably the only plus I can give it sorry, oh and the staff, who were very friendly
