Everything was clean and ready even before the check in time. The beds in the twin room were big, and very comfortable. I have a lot of back issues, and even for me they were absolutely lovely. The night was very quiet. Reception and staff were polite and knowledgeable. They helped with every question we had.

Nothing, although I have to say, the hotel put a hold on my card for the amount of our stay, and I am still waiting for that to be removed on the end of the bank. they have confirmed they have done their part. just make sure you have the extra money available and are ready to talk to your bank if it doesn’t come through.

The staff was extremely nice and the rooms were clean.

Sad to see the restaurant hadn't yet reopened for anything other than breakfast. Hope they're able to do so soon!

The reception staff were friendly, honest and hospitable.

The hotel restaurant was permanently closed and all the restaurants in the area were also not open. With the exception of one sandwich place offering cold drinks and baguettes with a massive line of people there was nothing available. There was no airconditioning in the room and it was a hot 35 degree day. The towels were threadbare and there was an overpowering smell of air freshening cleanser obviously masking something insidious. The hotel gave us a voucher to enter through the gate to the park which did not work on exit and we had to pay.

The location is excellent. It is close to everything, MSM, the shuttle stop, restaurants, souvenir shops. Also, the staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

You pay for the location close to Mont-Saint -Michel, not more than that. Friendly staff. When you have a room on the other side of the street you have Mont-Saint-Michel view from an very smaal terrace.

Room/building and especially bathroom/toilet are very dated. Breakfast was disappointing. Bathroom was not entirely clean... Terrace is not more than 1 metre large.

the room was pretty tight for three separate beds, but it was fine for the one night we stayed there.

Location

Size of room, certainly not superior! No fan or air conditioning. Breakfast was cleared away before 10:30 so we didn’t get to eat much. I travel with medication that needs to be kept at a required temperature. Whilst the hotel receptionist was able to put my medication travel bag in the hotel fridge I was told there was no freezer and no ice available. So I was unable to freeze the gel packs to keep my medication at the required temperature whilst travelling. I therefore had to find a bar/cafe that could provide me with ice which was not easy and delayed our departure.

the location. It was one of the closest hotel to the bridge for Le Mont.

although there was a small balcony, it was dirty and we could not look out because of a bird nest…

My favourite hotel of our visit; the best bed, the best breakfast and the best location for getting to Mt St Michel easily. Car parking was easy.

Shower was a bit weak and the TV was fixed at an odd height but these are very minor issues.
