Hygiëne, rust, locatie en het prachtige zwembad hebben niet alleen de verwachtingen van mij overtroffen maar bovenal van mijn kinderen. Het was een heerlijk verblijf en wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad! Ik kom zeker terug.

Muy buena la ubicación cerca a la playa y el aeropuerto.

Que sólo se podía consumir los alimentos que comprara dentro del comedor y si quería comer o tomar algo diferente y lo traía de afuera no lo podía consumir ahí mismo. Además no tenían monedas para dar el cambio exacto cuando el pago era en efectivo

Room was cleaned every day . The Breakfast was very nice!

I didn't like that I thought I was charged through Priceline initially as I have a receipt, but at the hotel they told me that it was not paid and I had to run my card again. I did double checked and I was not charged twice, which was OK. However, I believe Priceline shall let me know that the rate is only locked and I will be charged in the hotel to avoid a miss understanding and inconvenience.

Marlenny was excellent at the bar. The aesthetic of the hotel was nice, especially the pool area. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

The checkout process was very stressful with the maid constantly interrupting me while my friend and I were rushing to put everything together. I do not want to get her in trouble; I just think there needs to be better communication between management and cleaning staff. She did not really speak but had quite a mean look on her face. She came about four different times and would knock quickly many times before we would even have a chance to answer. It was very impolite and unprofessional. I think she just needs training and she will do well. The outside bar also needs fans. It is too hot to sit out there. I wanted to stay longer and chat with Marlenny more (and keep drinking), but I had to go to my room. I cannot imagine how hot it is for the workers to do their jobs as well.
