Great welcome on arrival. All staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Very conveniently situated close to the M25, we were en route to Eurotunnel. Pleasant room and excellent breakfast which was included in the price and dinner was very good too - nothing fancy but piping hot and very tasty. Would stay here again.

Thought the price for the dog staying at £25 a night was a ripoff!

Giving us a ground floor room as requested which was much appreciated. Clean towels left for us. Breakfast was very good buffet style great for us oldies who don't each so much so nothing was wasted.

Rooms clean and modern with walk in shower ,plenty of usb points,hairdryer,iron and our room was lovely and quiet . Parking plentiful ( £7.50 )

Staff attitude …the Sunday night , their oven broke down so meal choices were extremely restricted,and instead of explaining the problem they let us go through the process of choosing 5 different options till I finally said ‘just tell us what we can have’. When it came it was awful. Watched others trying to get drink at bar while their meals on table were going cold . Still not fixed the following morning so no bacon etc and then coffee machine also broke down . Milk jug for cereal and teas ran out and instead of filling completely it was filled about 20 % 🤯

Coming to ask me to leave around 10:59am. That was uncalled for and absurd. Felt like I was thrown out even though I was leaving

First time staying in a Holiday Inn Hotel and I can honestly say it was amazing. The receptionist was on point with her customer service skills. The room lovely and clean. The bed very comfortable and a view that was stunning. Could not fault this at all. Let's not forget breakfast. Just enough to set you for the day!

I booked a double room I got two single beds pushed together. when having a shower water didn’t go down so standing in dirty water. Dustman turned up at 6.20 just outside my window till 6.30 . got back to sleep only for them to return at 8.30. staff no smiling n kicking doors open instead of pushing door ruthless

Breakfast is great but closing the eating area and not stocking up 15minutes before the close of breakfast is absurd.

Oh! Holiday Inn is living in a past glory now! Am utterly disappointed having brough in over 50 guest over the weekend , the rooms are great, but the shower is a swimming pool, as the water will not drain. Guests complained of foul smell into the rooms??? What more than to request a renovation or over haul of this facility. Shammed parking I will call it. 24 hour time is not what it is! Oh this is crazy? Drop or pick is only 10mins otherwise you have to pay. What errant nonsense. Covid-19 whether man made or a natural cause is not a yardstick to extort. As an IHG Gold member, I think am done with this shambles now.

Good breakfast. We arrived very late and the staff attended to us very well.

The facility needs to be renovated, change the carpet (rugs), bath water not flowing in my room I had to ask for plunger. Provide hot chilli 🌶 on the breakfast table.

The bed and shower

Old and dirty furniture in room and dining room, poor English breakfast. Time to refill the toilets is very long. Doorlockers never opened from the first time.
