Very clean and tidy room

Parking was a little awkward, but not an issue

Great hotel. Comfortable, warm and clean. Great location also. Would recommend.

No frills Hotel easy check in and can arrive late rooms very clean tea coffee facilities available plus complimentary biscuits a nice touch free wi-fi which it good certainly will use the Fulwich Hotel again

Only downside was the shower but otherwise hot water 24hrs

Staying outside long because I didn't get my Self check-in message on time, partly due to my mixup though 🙈🙈

Nothing. The smell was horrendous. The stairways smelt of dog faeces.

Any of it. There is no bar, no pool table, the website and photos are misleading. It’s just a hostel; not a hotel. No staff there. place smelt REALLY bad. No car park as states. Smoke detectors and wires hanging out of the ceiling. Went to car in middle of night to get something- got locked out. No number to call, had to sit in car for 2 hours freezing. The place is full of ‘residents’. It is not a pleasant place to go. Asked for refund and they didn’t even bother acknowledging/replying to my email. AVOID!

The room is clean and everything works including the shower. Getting in and out of the hotel is easy. No problems in finding somewhere to park.

No staffs around most of the time. Outside the hotel, the roads are not very clean.

it was easy to locate. and close to shops where I couldn’t could easily get what to eat.

i stayed out side close to 30 mins before I got it. there was no one to let me until not until a nice guy helped me in, he was lodging there he was the one that opened the hotel door for me there was no reception no one to let me in. No information

No reception. Bar closed. Had to call a number to access hotel. Front door open all night.

I did not like anything

No reception area at all! Just a side door that wasn't labelled. The smell of the hallways was unbearable. Worst smell I've ever smelt. The place used to be a pub and that is what I thought we were staying above but the photos on booking.com were misleading. There is no pub or anywhere to buy drinks. There were flies on one of the floors that we had to walk past to get to our room. The keys to each room were left on the bed of each room which you weren't to know. It was only that a gentleman came out of his room and he kindly gave us a number to ring. The room had stained mattress protectors and sheets looked like they had not been changed. This place should be advertised as a hostel and not a hotel! I paid £59 for this room...disgraceful! It is probably worth. £35. Stay at your own risk!
