My 92 yr old mother and I travel together a lot. This property accommodated all our needs. Easy access, paved parking, two bedrooms, walk in shower, washer dryer on site. Add to that the extras. Yard well maintained, near a park in quaint, safe neighborhood in old town Arvada. Perfect!

Great location, easy parking, lovely home! Our stay had everything we needed for a long weekend and made travel with an infant easy and comfortable. The location can't be beat, with plenty of great restaurants in walking distance.

Super cute house in a great neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. House was very clean and well stocked. The location was close to major freeways and the train station. Close to Olde Towne Arvada with great restaurants and night life. It was perfect for our stay on the Denver area to move our son to college and visit family. We will be back!

I have never stayed at such a well stocked vrbo. Home was very comfortable. Neighboor hood was fun to walk around. Lots of parks close by.

Excellent stay! We loved the location (super convenient) and the house itself is awesome. The beds are crazy comfortable and they go above and beyond to make sure you have every day items you might need stock in the house. The owner was super helpful and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommend!

This home was a perfect place for my wife, son and myself to stay. The master bedroom and bathroom were accessible (enough, for a high functioning para), and a ramp to get in and out of the house. Bill was responsive to the few requests I had, and I was very happy to have found this place!

Bill was extremely attentive and responsive. Location is central to lots of activities. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. It was the perfect resting place after long days of exploration.

Place is so conveniently located, and safe (across from municipal building, which houses the police). Nearby Ralston Creek Park was a perfect spot to take my grandson, watch the frisbee golfers and to begin my daily walks. Bill was so accommodating when I had questions or problems (of which there were very few). Definitely recommend it.

I love coffee and it was nice to have EVERYTHING I needed to make some!! And there were some condiments in the fridge that helped us make some lunch for a beach day. Very awesome stay and everything was easy during check in as well. We would stay here again next time we go to Colorado

Arvada is a wonderful place to stay with many mountain town locations within 30-40 minute drives. The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Would love to stay again.

Good property and location. Lots of construction though. Only issue for us was TV, we are use to cable, I know the Netflix type channels are the future but us old school folks just like to turn on a tv and have channels to what. A few spiders as well but didn’t take overall rating.

My family and I were vacationing from SC and this house was beautiful and so comfortable. It offered everything you need to have a home away from home. We could have easily lived here! We wished we could have stayed longer! Bill was an excellent host and very easy to work with. He was quick to respond to questions and offered suggestions when needed. This was our first time to Colorado and this little house was nestled in a quaint town with restaurants within walking distance offering a fun atmosphere. I would most definitely recommend renting this gem to any of my friends!
