The door handle had to be push down really hard to open door and the bathtub needs a scrubbing. The last was the coffee needed to be stronger. Just things that need some work everything else was fine I will stay again

the beds were a lot more comfortable than I would have ever expected. free continental breakfast.

very expensive for what we experienced. lights in the outside hallways were not on- safety hazard. only 2 pillows per bed where this pictures here advertised 3 per bed. the traffic was very loud and audible in the hotel rooms. it rained a lot during our stay and the painting from the ceiling starting chipping and falling all over the carpet and on our belongings. the outdoor area trash cans were constantly overflowing. no Refridgerator in the rooms. the building itself needs a major facelift. the stairs are railing are all rusted and painted brick is fractured in areas throughout the property.

The breakfast was just ok and the location of the property is just fine.

I think some or the frontdesk people should undergo some training on how to talk to your guests. They should have some manners and be respectful. They need to be more polite.

run down - terrible appearance; clientele were problematic

No extended stay and we didn't drink or do drugs and I noticed since we were not white we were put in the back of the motel where people were fighting all night and cops kept coming all night long. The manager asked us to leave and we kept to our selves. We asked him why and he refused to tell us. I also noticed these white people had all the rooms closest to the office. I am disabled and had to walk a long distance just to go pay my bill. Your breakfast is a farce. I will tell everyone about your bad manager. He seemed prejudice. I am American Indian and I experienced prejudice all my life it's unmistakable.

The manager was very rude and Should not be there. I have never felt so unwelcome as much as he made me feel.

Place needs painting, rusted stairs. Looks honestly really bad to others la quinta inn . Breakfest had broken toster, coffe was water litterly and and cleaning has to be done better.

not clean! and very run down. we were on the 3rd floor and there was caution tape on all the stairs except one to use to get to the top. there were people all over the balcony’s smoking and partying and we had a hard time getting our kids and items to our room because of this.

The bed had a dip on one side. The bathroom faucet had a stream of water even with the shower running. The mat thing on the bottom of the tub was coming up and it felt like the tub was going to cave in up by the drain. It felt soft. The hotel in general looked old. There was a drip from the 2nd level onto the sidewalk below and there was ice building up. The stairwell to the 2nd floor wasn’t lit. Just not a good experience. There was no luggage carts or bins to load luggage onto, which made unloaded my vehicle hard since it was just me. I stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Aurora and was just so impressed. That’s why I chose La Quinta inns again but I regret that now.

The fact that when you call the number to the hotel whoever answers it is very knowledgeable. I like how when you have a reservation back to back they allow you to stay in your room. They're very accommodating.

That they are understaffed. To get clean linens you have to take them down yourself and turn them in. Only one laundry room with two washers and two dryers.

Honestly, I would have to say there is nothing to like about this hotel.

Extremely poor customer service. Lack of responsibility and accountability for services not rendered. Took the necessary steps through the chain of command. However, when we received a response, it was not acknowledged.

The sink was clogged and I had to unclog it. Needed my room for another night and they made it difficult.
