Deben arreglar la puerta de la ducha y mejorar el aseo de Baños y tapetes. Colchones incómodos porque son muy blandos y se mueven mucho.

I had a major issue with my credit card. I prepaid for my stay however, Wyndham Gardens Polanco charged me for my colleagues and maxed out my card and left me for the week without money because of that issue I would not return to Wyndham Gardens.

To tell the true the food was not good I ordered a pasta Alfredo for dinner and was cold i had to claim they put in the microway to warm and the cheese got all together...

There weren’t a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was overpriced with average food.

the staff was inattentive, unhelpful and untrained. snack bar area was limited. could not sign bills to our room. had to pay up for every purchase one small bottle of water in the room and one coffee packet which was not replenished

The staff was really awesome! They were super helpful and friendly and worked hard to take care of any issues I had.

Firstly, my booking did not match my expectations as the room was smaller than what I had initially booked. Although the staff attempted to rectify the situation with a breakfast of toast and jam, it was not a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, my card key malfunctioned twice within 24 hours. Lastly, I was disappointed to find that three out of six gym machines were out of order. It would be greatly appreciated if these issues could be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests.

very uncomfortable room / bathroom. Poor overall maintenance

They made an extra charge to my room of $200 and have refused to refund it.

They didn't respond to my request to book an extra night and I found another hotel only to be charged for it. I am still disputing this but still no response. I feel defrauded.

it’s not located in Polanco as the name says, if you want something walking distance from the Main Street you need to look for another property
