Грязная вонючая дыра. Ночлежка для бомжей. Не понимаю как он мог оказаться в каталоге с высоким рейтингом. Грязь, тараканы... да полный п... Мошенническая схема. Подлог фотографий и рейтинга. Организатор довольно наглый человек. Понимает свою безнаказанность. Исключаете его из каталога, всплывет по соседнему адресу. Будьте внимательны. Использует подложные адреса по-соседству.

Просто жахливо. По перше, коли приїхали і зателефонували за номером - нам змінили апартаменти на другу адресу. По друге, Фотографії не відповідають дійсності. Все старе, вбите, постільна білизна сумнівна, на меблях - дохлі таргани. Не вірте позитивним відгукам - це просто жах. Спати не змогли там.

I liked availability of the washing machine and small but enough cooking items. Plus, hot shower was working well and the room was warm enough. The internet was okay.
Although the staff was cleaning the shared spaces sometimes, I appreciate if they could increase the frequency of cleaning. I don’t know how often they clean but the corridor and the toilet was not clean enough most of the days we stayed. I also appreciate if there was a security box or something because the room key was not strong enough to protect our belongings.

The room was clean. The bed was quite big and comfy. Electric sockets were available (that is sometimes an issues). Both toilet and bathroom were kept clean as well. The supermarket with currency exchange and ATM is only 50 meters away. Basic stuff to prepare the meal.
The room was bit darky and passing people could see me inside. Ground floor has its disadvantages. The distance from the sea or city center was manageable but I cannot say it was close. It would be nice to have English instruction for the electric stove that was available. Maybe small oil for a guest would be good idea? Or at least a bag of tea?

I have traveled to more than 50 countries and have already spent two months in Ukraine. I have never found an establishment with such good value for money, everything is perfect from A to Z. The owner is so welcoming and available, responsive. You feel right at home straight away. It is modern and very clean. The room is spacious and the wifi connection is perfect. The place is also in a great location and so quiet. No noise around. I tried to find a negative point but did not find one. In short: MY MOST BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING.!
