Good breakfast, which had to be booked for a specific 1/2 hour interval, in advance. Nice bed mattress. Friendly front desk personnel.

Shower stall was quite small and the glass door slides open, but not very wide. I am not a very large person and found it semi-difficult to enter and exit into the shower. Quite noisy in the area, from people outside talking, even though it was a Sunday night, and of course the windows in my room were all tightly closed. *The 'booked' shuttle from the airport is not free and I was charged upon arriving to the front desk of the hotel (which was NOT mentioned to me prior to my 'booking' of the room and the two following emails when I asked where to meet up at the airport to be collected), so the fee could have been mentioned ahead of time on three [3] separate occasions), then there was a mix up with my name being written on the opposite side of a piece of paper, from another person's name. *Subsequently, I was collected 40 minutes after I was scheduled to have been collected (55+ minutes after I disembarked from the airplane), even though I asked every driver that arrived at the shuttle collecting area on several occasions. *The driver ended up phoning the hotel to 'confirm' who he was to be collecting, so some confusion but NOT the end of the world.

Great place to stay, would definitely recommend! Fantastic location, clean, and very nice staff. The air conditioning was a great bonus!

Great location and near to bus and metro station. Good and free breakfast. 24 hours reception.

Needs to walk up 2 floors to reception which is not easy for carry a suitcase. Shared toilet. Safety at night could be a concern, we went back at 10pm and being stolen right at the corner, they have 3 people and open up our backpack, luckily stop them in time without any lost but still scary. Attention needs to pay.

No elevator is the trade off for staying in the historic building. You can leave your luggage on the second floor at the reception. It is open 24/7 Shared bathrooms. I should have read the description carefully. Lol. They were very clean though.

We stayed for 1 night before flying to next destination. Very basic but has all amenities. Large bathroom area.

Definitely for a short stay, budget option.

This was an excellent stay in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and even helped us by printing off our boarding passes for our flight. The location is right in the centre of Lisbon and there are plenty of eating options and transport options available. Breakfast was amazing.

The beds were a little hard for us and there was some noise from outside, probably to be expected because of its central location.
