If you have an online booking they will keep you waiting till their check in time that is 2oclock inspite of rooms being available and they keep on allotting it to direct booking guest
This was really very irritating and tiresome after a long travel some how in my opinion very unprofessional as it's not possible to have flights as per their check in time, specially when you are traveling from a long distance

The non smoking floor smelt of smoke, the switches in the room were broken and the plug points were bad. Any request took over hours to process, basic amenities in the bathroom weren't provided. It's not a bad hotel, just not worth the price that was charged.

The location is spot on.
The property is pretty much old. Stale smell in the room when we arrived. Property needs some maintenance. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The environment inside and outside the hotel was purely to serve guests with the staff great hospitality and accommodate them according to their preferences.
There is no word or sentence to say anything ill about the property I am a regular guest to the hotel with my husband everything is spectacular and outstanding

Staff were very helpful 😊 want extra bed and provided being requested many times.
The wardrobe was not clean, shower isn't working. Towels were not there. Provided after midnight. No soap, no hair dryer. Water line needs to be rebuilt .

unclean and dirty rooms. Pathetic check-in. I would not even book a room for my staff. Absolutely dirty and filthy.
Bedsheets are unclean and chairs a dirty, floor carpet is smelly
