Appartement propre, très bien situé pour visiter Colmar. Nombreux parkings alentours

Bonne literie dans les chambres
-Pas de stores dans le salon (qui ont été cassés comme me l’a dit le propriétaire mais uniquement quand nous étions dans l’appartement… )ni de rideaux… que des persiennes sur lesquelles il manque des lattes. Donc si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière, c’est assez pénible avec les phares de voiture, le lever du jour etc
-Mal insonorisé…
-Une petite « extension » de l’appartement est posée sur des étais ..surprenant quand on arrive
-draps et serviettes qui sentent la cigarette
- 2 salles de bain mais compliqué avec l’eau chaude dans une des 2…et nous étions 9…
-le pris de la nuit étant élevé, notamment à cette période, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux

The apartment was spacious, clean and very well centred in Colmar's historic centre.The interior was light and friendly. The kitchen was equiped to make your own food and all necessary kitchen appliances and more were there! Perfect for families! There is public parking close by for travellers with cars.Check in was easy. We loved our stay and can recommend this apartment.
The entrace to the apartment was under renovation but once you were in the apartment, it was really beautiful.

The location of the apartment is excellent, only 2 min walking time to the historical area.
The accommodation was nice, we felt good, BUT in one room there was no heating and I do not recommend sleeping in the living room, because of the "beds" or refine it, the sofas were not comfortable.
The bedrooms were clean, the kitchen is well-furniture.
The quality of the living room sofas was terrible - I suggest changing them.

Breakfast was really poor (one small bottle of milk).
Owner was very unresponsive (does not answer phone calls). There was no warm water so my family was not able to take a warm shower. In the end the owner answered by email that there should be warm water, because his reviews are good... Do not let yourself be fooled by the reviews!
All in all, a very disappointing experience.

The windows are not that well isolated and the traffic noises can be a bit loud in the night and in the early morning.

Great location, good kitchen, beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed our family meeting with room for all. We had 6 in our group and it was very comfortable. Great value for a group.

The kitchen and apartment in general are extremely well equipped. The place has a nice decor and the beds are very comfortable. One of the bathrooms is completely renovated. We also appreciated the small breakfast left for us on the first day. Check-in was also a breeze.
On the booking page it said free street parking although this is not accurate as it is only in the evenings or Sundays. It is not the quietest street as it is a very central location in Colmar. The exterior doors to the building did not lock and the internet did not work for the first 2 days.

I called the owner before arrival and he explained with difficulties (due to his poor English) where the keys are. When we arrived, I thought we got to the wrong address as the house looked terrible. I tried to find the keys but could not. Then I called the owner again and spent another 10 minutes on the phone before he managed to explain where the keys were. He gave wrong color of the gates (said white but they were beige) etc . We had really bad experience. Then we got to the inner yard which looked like a place inhabited by homeless people. Unfortunately, we had to accept it as I already paid and it was not refundable. The apartment was kind of ok but all the previous experience spoiled everything.
Finally, the owner did not bother to send me any message before arrival and of course did not send a picture of the place where the keys were as it would be impossible to find them without proper explanation

The apartament is very nice, Cozy and well located

The design, the cleanliness, the comport, the great location downtown city at 2mn on foot from the Christmas market. There was breakfast for my first morning, plenty of coffee, tea. The apartment is in an ancient building, beautifully renovated with a combination of antiques and modern comfortable equipment - like a lovely private boutique hotel. I loved it!
