Location. View from the room.

Everything else. Very dirty place from the bedshits to the bathroom and the walls full of footprints and so. No elevators and very narrow stairs. Feel unsafe from the first moment till when they actually they stole from my room when I wasn't there and nobody could help me. The bidet was full of dirty water when i enter for the first time in the bathroom and the shower full of hair, like the whole room. Nobody had clean that room since long time for sure.

Fantastic location. Plenty of assistance with any queries. Friendly and family run, but a little run down. Could do with some renovation though still o.k. Beds very comfy and room a good size with amazing view of Rome in the distance.

Fixtures and fittings need repairing or replacing. Bathroom door was damp and rotten at the bottom.

The central location could.nor have been better. Breakfast provided by a local bar was delicious. The size of the room was excellent, very spacious. The owner was very kind and understanding.

The decor was a bit old. Parking close by was a bit tricky.
