Nos dieron una habitación con puerta de comunicación con otra habitación, en la que estaban unas señoritas. Encendieron música a las 11 de la noche, con volumen alto y ellas gritaban y bailaban. Llamé 3 veces a recepción y ellos no hacían mucho. A la tercera llamada, sugirieron que nos cambiáramos de habitación. Porqué no les cambiaron a ellas? No pedimos dormir hasta más de la 1 de la mañana y teníamos que levantarnos a las 5. Estuvo horrible. Pagamos la moche de hotel para descansar antes de un viaje largo y resultó que estuvimos más cansados 😫

La ubicación me parece increible, es céntrico, y se tiene acceso por una puerta de vidrio a un mall grande dónde se encuentra de todo, cualquier necesidad se puede encontrar ahí. La habitación estuvo bien, lo único es que la luz era muy fuerte. es bueno que lo sea para poder ver bien dentro de la habitación pero en la noche o para despertar sería mejor tener la opción de una luz más suave. El desayuno estuvo bien también, me gustó mucho el tigrillo y poder hacer preparar huevos fritos u omelette en vivo.

Lo único que se puede lamentar es que la piscina y el area de piscina no sea más grande, pero por la ubicación (dentro del edificio) supongo que es entendible... A pesar de todo la piscina no estuvo tan mal y no lo será para quiénes no piensan solo en pasar en la piscina sino solo unas horas quizás después de visitar la ciudad o antes.

Las habitaciones que ofrecen como bussines no se diferencian en nada de las normales pero su costo es elevado. La insonorizacion es inefectiva y minhabitacion quedaba sobre la planta que sonaba tooooodo el tiempo

Bathrooms could be cleaner, a few moldy spots in the showers.

The breakfast is wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our king room was spacious, clean and quiet. We loved the new bar and the restaurant. Very good food at reasonable prices. The airport shuttle personally greets you and gets you yo and from the airport with ease.

Proximity to airport is a 5 minute drive- excellent! Free shuttle is excellent! Breakfast is pretty good- lots of "continental" options on a large buffet. Room was clean, very comfortable and QUIET!! I paid a little extra for the "Business Floor" (5th floor) which includes a bigger room and apparently people who don't slam their doors in the morning, and don't have LOUD misbehaved KIDS! There was a 24 hour coffee/tea/iced tea, flavored water station on the floor near our room which is very nice. I really enjoyed the steam room which only took about 10 minutes to get going (although it should have been much hotter) and the sauna. The pool area was nice but...screaming kids again. Got terrible service at the bar at the "new" restaurant, so we chose not to eat there. We were going to but the bar service was terrible and to pay $10 for a well vodka soda is ridiculous. VERY good security at the hotel- needed a key card to access almost every space. Overall, a very nice stay in relative comfort for the end of a month-long trip in Ecuador. Were even able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive to Guayaquil.

Everything was wonderful. Being personally met at the airport got us off to a good start. Everything about the facilities is very nice.  whatever we needed for the room was brought to us quickly and with a smile. We loved the fact that they set us up at a nice table outside the restaurant. We enjoyed that immensely. The food, prices, and service was excellent in their restaurant. We are returning again soon.

We had what I thought was a party room next-door to us but they said it was a family. Either way it was extremely loud until late at night. Next time I will call the front desk. What looks like a very nice bar was closed for a private event, but it was still nice eating and drinking in the restaurant.

Breakfast was very good. Room was Confortable and clean.

I would suggest checking that extractor from the frying section of the restaurant, since after breakfast, all my working clothes smelled cooking fumes. Also, no working areas in the hotel where I could sit with my colleagues and collaborate. The building and furniture looked kind of old. The view from my room was a ceiling with the AC equipment.

We just needed a place to stay over night between flights that was close to the airport. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. We got a free taxi to the airport in the morning.

It is very loud. My room was on the first floor and there was a band playing. I had been flying all day and needed sleep. That was impossible. Attempts were made to move me to higher floors, but until I went up to floor number six, the sound persisted. Ultimately I had a nice room and a good sleep and the staff was very accommodating.

Amazing service from the staff, especially with the airport pickup arrangements. the room was very nice and let’s not forget the amazing breakfast.

unfortunately, they were doing some construction work while I stayed there and it was noisy.
