Beautifully renovated and stylish boutique hotel in the old town - comfortable room, fantastic food and helpful staff.

The only minor gripe is that I would have liked to stay a few hours after checkout to work in the room (it was free the following evening), but the charge was 70% of the overnight rate. Why not a more reasonable pro rata rate?

We like Bale and we are relatively close to all locations. Very quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. A large public parking lot that didn't give us a headache, but who knows what it's like when the season starts ...

A rather hard-working receptionist, as if we were on the police. You really don't need to jump in at first and bother with unnecessary information. You need to feel what the guest wants. Be sure not to poke your nose into the guest's private life, and ask inappropriate questions if the guest has no special wishes. For example, whether your name may be on the invoice of the gentleman. Very inappropriate!

Location in the historic heritage building, facilities were excellent (including small swimming pool), professional staff

Rooms are like expected for a historical heritage building - not by nowadays standards, a bit small, but all in all in the context of bringing you back in the past. The price could be a little lower.

Beautiful small hotel in the old town of Bale, historical building, excellent breakfast. Great secret pool with sauna and steam room, a real treat!
