no lift available for baby stroller no cleanliness no room service food bad the pool dirty no highchair for the baby in restaurant

we had free cake one day, they had like 30 min of entertainment for children each day and few hrs of live music for adults

it had mould in the bathroom, ants in the room you sleep, the armchair was full with stains. the pool not so clean, on the terrace were less chairs than the volume of people in the hotel and you had to sit on the ground the bed I think it had 1,20 cm wide, like it fits a heavier person ,not 2 people of 70 kg and a child. At the pool were some small flies that bites like mosquito does, same flies on the beach. barely could sunbathe because i had to cover because of them. they had old school tv , like the one or parents had in their youth with a lamp and had 7 inch.

Bathroom overflowed with water, bed for 1 person. AC dripping water on the wall. Restaurant over crowded, food basic. No sezonal fruits on the menu. After 20 minutes food was gone after opening the restaurant so if you did not move fast no dinner or lunch.

The beds were really uncomfortable and the TV is very small.

+ the room was large and renovated; clean + AC is nice in summer + close to the beach , around 200 meters + nice staff , pleasant to talk with

- meals were terrible , little to none variation and poor quality ; did I mention the bad coffee ? so in this regard I would recommend something without meals or only breakfast

Location was good. Pool was decent. The price was ok for this conditions. Breakfast was poor but tasty.

The room was clean but in the corners or not so visible areas it was not. In the bathroom the appliances were old/broken. The floor boards were swollen. The fear of getting robbed forced us to carry our valuables with us all the time. We had to buy disinfectant to clean the floor for the kids.
