We stayed in a pool villa for 3 nights and it was a terrific experience from start to finish. The views from the room were exceptional and the staff were of the highest standard. The hotel infinity pool is one of the best I’ve seen in Bali with views that overlook the jungle. The hotel restaurant Kepitu is fabulous. This place is a gem. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately there is no gym but there were still plenty of activities like walking and yoga to keep us fit.

it surrounds by natures,trees, small river, canyon jetty waterfall. The staff was very nice, breakfast is good with many options and you can ask to bring it to the room until even 11:30am. They have free suttle to go to Ubud center every hour. Every day and night there’s different activities and shows (dance, music), we can also set up photo shoot session with professional photographer

it’s a little isolated, there’s nothing around the property. Sometimes when we stay at the balcony, we can smell the sewer, and also the consequences of nature is mosquitoes and bugs

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The location was so serene and relaxing. Loved that our villa overlooked the waterfall.

Tourist attractions were a distance from the location.

Simply amazing! Kayon exceeded all expectations! It's small and cozy with great pool and absolutely incredible staff who spoilt us and fulfilled all our desires. The housekeeping staff were super fast in making up the room and the turn down service was great (thank you to Susilo and his team!) The food was excellent and they accommodated my allergies without any problems. I want to come back to Kayon again and again! Thank you to the management and all staff for making our experience unforgettable!!!! The NY party was sensational!!! The location is superb and the sound of the river was so beautiful.

The rooms have a slight mouldy smell but it didn't bother us too much. Maybe a good clean of the walls would help to get rid of the smell.

Beautiful rooms and view! The little extra benefits ie complimentary short massage and afternoon tea were lovely. Enjoyed breakfast with a big selection and delicious. Plus the free morning shuttle to Kayon Jungle was great. All the staff were exceptional and very helpful.

Missunderstanding , but we never got what we ordered even if staff asked us time after time, missing things all the time in villa breakfast. Private pool …too cold ! The river was noisy !!

Shuttle only went once every two hours and it dropped you off in a random location from the centre .

Friendly and efficient staff, beautiful setting in the countryside, infinity pool overlooking the rainforest, gorgeous room with balcony and river view, the sound of the river and the iconic waterfall, fabulous spa sessions, yoga sessions in the open air, listening to birds, going on local walks, seeing monkeys, eating at the excellent restaurant, being driven safely to and from the airport, all of these made our stay perfect. But the key to the success of thie Kayon Resort lies with the choice of people working there. They are all exceptional, friendly, helpful and very happy people who went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful holiday and we did and can't wait to return to our second home. Many thanks to you all, we left with heavy hearts, we wish you all well.

Wowser - great setting and superb staff they were attentive throughout - excellent 👍

First night delays between starters and main course was 90 mins but this was the only night we had an issue and the stafff played their part well - splint dirt evening impressions though.
