The breakfast was quite good, good selection, nice stuff from live cooking area:) Clean room, and kinda spacious even having a lot furniture in 😉 For families it's a good idea to come for holidays here, for couples wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool and spa area belongs to 3 hotels. We haven't got a chance to use as it was overcrowded, during that period we stayed at some other hotels like Aries and Bachelada where we found very useful the hours for spa for adults, so the time was extended to relax with no kids, I read a lot of comments about this subjects of swimming pool, so it would be great at least to extend hours for spa and swimming pool area- adults hours. A lot of people so it also was quite noisy. A bit far away from city center, but probably coming for skiing it will be a good option, we came out of ski season.

The spa was excellent, very warm pool which was appreciated. Beautiful terrace in the spa area with a great garden and mountain view. Breakfasts at this hotel are just superb, excellent quality and lots of options for everyone.

It was two single mattresses instead of one double.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a much bigger room and free parking, so I'm very thankful for that, it made our stay even more enjoyable. Bed was extremely comfortable, good to relax after all day hiking :) outside there was a huge playground for kids, inside at least 3 game rooms for children (lots to play for toddlers and for bigger kids playstation). Everyday different event for families and children (cinema, theater, art projects). Swimming pool zone was sufficient, upstairs small but very nice sauna zone for adults. Breakfast was great, varied everyday, chefs making fresh pancakes, omelets and fried eggs, lots of green vegetables.

Our room had AC, but it was not working, so our room got a little hot. Also, there was a regular robe for our 3 year old, and I saw some kids with small robes, would be nice addition. Breakfast had pour choice of desserts, usually two kinds of cakes, but maybe that's good, because there are lots of children on site. Also, would be nice some choices for small children, like simple porridge, plain youghurt (they had only flavored). Breakfast room used to get crowded often, so to get a table you'd have to wait in a short line.

The breakfast was delicious: a good variety of food and drinks! The room was spacious and clean, the mountain view was spectacular! Lovely cleaning ladies from Ukraine, always ready to help. Also, I had a massage at the Nabe spa, highly recommend doing it, the masseur did an amazing job. Overall experience is great, ready to recommend it to my friends!

I took a pilates class that was advertised on all of the elevators. End up waiting for the instructor for 30 minutes, because the class started at 10, instead of the scheduled 9.30 (without any notice from the reception).

The room was great, really nothing to add - clean, good view, comfortable, spacious, lots of furniture and sitting space for guests. Breakfast was a bit busy - not enough space for everyone to have a sit in the restaurant. However, the staff were relly quick to clean tables that became free and ensure everyone waiting in the queue could be seated quickly. The restaurant also were flexible enough to allow us to move tables together, so our large family of 7 people can all sit together. Really great live cooking at breakfast with omlettes and pancakes. Spa is perfect in this hotel.

For spa, we were surprised children as old as 14 years old are not allowed in the sauna area even if supervised. While it is understood with small kids who can misbehave or feel sick from sauna, older children should be no problem. It would be good if the hotel could consider letting 14 year old and above into sauna with supervision by an adult guest.

Nosalowy Dvor is an excellent place,where everyone will be pleased. Wonderful breakfast, kind personnel, big parking and swimming pool will make your stay as good as mine. I was so lucky to get the beautiful corner room in the third floor with an amazing panoramic view on the mountain and the garden. Last but not least the bathroom had a bathtub and the big windows with the nice garden view.

The only thing to mention is that my room key had some problems, so I had to visit reception every time I wanted to enter the room. It was a bit annoying but it didn’t destroyed my overall opinion.

Everything is very modern and comfortable. Perfect kitchen and services.

Pool is to small for that quantaty of people. Wellnes center could be cleaner (pool and jazzi)
