Flawless accommodation.

Location was good. Inteenet speed was good .

First daywl when i checked in room was not cleaned.. trash was left over. Called owner few times with out success. Sent mesages. Finally he resoinded and promptly acted upon by sending people to do house keeping. He gave dusciunt of 800 pesos.

Wifi didn’t work on our last days of stay but the owner scheduled for a repair.

The location is good, easy to get around the city and a lot of establishments within the area.

The fridge was dirty, the smell of the room is not that good.

It was a spur of the moment booking, but the owner was so accommodating. She confirmed our booking right away and proceeded to give us details on the documents that we needed to present prior to check-in. Downside was that we had to procure med cert or barangay certificate (guys, please take note) right away. Just something to keep in mind for future guests. Overall, our weekend stay was good. The bed was comfy, the room was well lit, and the location was convenient. We enjoyed our stay in their unit!

We had a little problem with the bathroom sink since it was initially clogged. We tried pushing the center stopper but it was stuck. Long story short, it ended up breaking in the process so we had to replace it with a new one. Next time, maybe they can just leave the stopper open and make sure that the faucet isn't clogged. Upon inspection of the maintenance crew, there were a couple of hair strands that got stuck under the stopper which was the reason for the clogged faucet. Also, another thing that they could perhaps improve on is to invest on good insecticides. There were a number of small flies inside the room. Personally, I'm not really prickly about it, but they could have serious insect problems in the future if left as is.
