Fantastic apartment - spacious, clean and furnished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need and right in the heart of the town.

Hoping you would find a parking spot close to the apartment after being out for the day, but we were lucky to always find a spot close by.

Parking was a bit of a mare. Broken down car parked outside the property since 13/10 didn't help things. Told the Holiday company but no reply forthcoming! No fresh milk in fridge on arrival. (Little UHT blister packs don't count sorry !!) Pet hate this one ! THE lowest beds in the world. Very nice modern comfy beds but literally sleeping on the floor (front bedroom anyway)

Location was ideal. Beautifully decorated apartment and good facilities. Lovely under floor heating in the bathroom.

Bathroom a little short on headroom being under the stairs. Both mattresses need replacing, so uncomfortable. The size of the rear bedroom really doesn't accommodate a double bed. One bedroom has a socket for the hairdryer but the lead doesn't reach the mirror behind the door. The other bedroom has a mirror but the socket is right behind the bed.

People above very noisy which included slamming doors. Uncomfortable bed and sofa also could not get heating on despite following instructions

There were many items that were of high standard

The sofas were too soft and low down (unsuitable for disabled or those of limited flexability) The beds were low (Almost floor level!) and the sink in the bathroom was too high! If you were over 6 foot in may be OK but us other mortals struggled for a decent wash! If you were over 6 foot though you would hit youe head when using the Loo!

Nicely furnished & decorated. Excellent shower & a television complete with Netflix! Only a ten minute walk into Hexham centre.

There was nothing that we didn’t like but bed could have been larger. And bloke above needs quieter shoes!

Excellent accommodation, very clean and perfect location for exploring the local area including Hadrian's Wall.

Central location. The property was modern and very clean with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay.

Little difficult to park when the street was busy due to an event at the nearby cricket club. Noise of the resident in the property above was a little off putting - could hear phone calls and constant coughing.

We were not offered breakfast and the location was adequate.

Parking on the street was extremely tight and dangerous. Car in front of mine had wing mirror smashed one night and my car alarm was activated by very close passing.

Clean, warm and comfortable. Very well equipped. Location was ideal. Excellent communication with the owners and able to contact them at any time if necessary. Shower was great and plenty of hot water.

Nothing. Only slight recommendation that the instructions regarding the heating and fire could have been clearer.

The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities we required. Location was great walking distance to town and restaurants.

The hot water in shower was only luke warm and didn’t seem to get hot. The sound proofing needs attention as you could hear everything from the apartment above which middle of the night to hear someone coughing was disturbing.

Unlike many of the other apartments we have stayed in there was no welcome pack. A pint or milk and perhaps a small packet of biscuits would have been a good idea. Although the apartment is billed as luxury I would suggest comfortable would be more appropriate. Parking was also on a very narrow street if you wanted to be nearby.
