large, clean, with a lagoon view. perfect for a few days if you don’t mind the noise of the nearby airport. Breeze is sometimes enough so no need for constant sircon. not far from Uturoa. small screen TV. you can have your laundry done gor a fee (a bit high). Car rental on same spot, indidpensable for touring the island.

Great location right at the airport and so we were able to walk across with our bags on a trolley, check in and grab our rental car keys as well. Restaurant a few steps away, standalone bungalow with seaview, very spacious, free wifi, aircon and parking. It was perfect for what we needed and I loved hearing the airplanes coming and going.

Just be aware that there are flights arriving and departing during the day but we were out and about annyway, so it did not make much difference to us. We couldn't work out how to get the ceiling fan going but the air con was excellent.

Staff was incredibly nice and helped with orienting us with the island. Gave us great suggestions and were very available.

Location, new bungalow

Staff was in a rash, we didn't have even the time to think if renting a car or not because she had to "do business in town", so she had to go. If we wanted to think about it then we had to wait for her to come back and waste time. Asked twice to pay in less than 5 minute, not welcoming, only interested in business. Wardrobe was full of excrements of lizards on top of it.

Check in was easy, the bungalow was clean, and the wifi worked great. The view across the lagoon to Tahaa island was nice. It was easy to walk over from the airport and we were able to rent a car with them to explore the rest of Raiatea island. On our last morning, they were able to give us a ride to the ferry dock in Utoroa. Nights were quiet and peaceful and we slept great with AC in the room.

The bungalow is very quiet and peaceful during the evening, night, and morning, but do be aware that you can hear the planes coming and going at the airport during the day. Not an issue if you are out exploring Raiatea during the day.

Located directly at the airport, so no transfer. Nice view if of Tahaa, the neighboring island. They offer rental cars at a good price.

The local youth seems to use the empty airport parking lot for parties on Saturday nights, blasting loud music.

perfect for our needs as we needed to be close to a boat yard , we could easily get taxis who were dropping / picking people up from the airport , it’s 1000 to 1500 xpf to town good wifi as phone data charges are high in FP

would have liked tea towels and hand towels plus something for the mosquitoes obviously you’re beside the airport so expect aircraft noise

Very good location to visit Raiatea, Tahaa and Huahine. The bungalow was clean and spatious with a nice deck on the side. The stuff was very helpful and help me book my trips. You can also rent a car from them. Really good spot overall!

Not the case

everything is so convenient: walk to airport, car available right there, Air Con works well, receptionist is very good looking

Such a nice place should not cut so many corners: buy LED lights, not cheap chinese CFL (bad for environment), only one towel for 7 days, only one roll of toilet paper, one tiny bar of soap, etc.

Very comfortable bed, very clean apart from ants (see below). The floor was immaculate. Great porch at the back with a sea view, and it felt very private even though it’s next to the airport. Couldn’t be closer to the airport (it’s practically part of it). The property is also within 10 minutes walk from some good places to eat, and not far from Uturoa at all. The supermarket and port are only 30/35 mins walk or a 4 minute drive. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged a rental car, as well as calling a tour company for us that was late to pick us up. Very welcoming.

There were lots of ants in the kitchen due to some jam left on the sink, presumably by previous guests, and there were a couple of cobwebs. There were also ants in the bathroom. The noise from the airport was absolutely fine- no flights at night- but there seemed to be a house or something over the road that played music constantly.
