We liked the hotel very much, Actually we planned to stay for one day but we extended our stay for one more day since we liked the hotel,

we didn't like the restaurant person"s behaviour. Ist day breakfast was not buffet, second day was buffet with limited items, food was good, the staff was so rude and he "ordered" us to keep the plates in the box

Специи кладут так, как вы скажете. Всё свежее. В номер могут доставить еду со скидкой в 10% Балконы хорошие. На балконе можно курить. Напротив отеля хорошая аптека! Можно договориться на ресепшене о предварительном бронировании междугородних билетов на автобус из Майсура. We arrived at the hotel on 11/15.23 and checked in. Хотя BOOKING отдельно указывал, что предоплата не требуется! Предоплаты делать не стали, опасаясь мошенников. По приезду в отель 15.11.23 на ресепшене сказали, что наша бронь аннулирована из-за отсутствия предоплаты. Но персонал готов нас заселить в номер без проблем за те же деньги без всякого предварительного бронирования. Согласились. Другого выхода не было! Интернет слабый. Пропадает, хотя модем рядом. Узкий канал, полагаю. Шумно на этаже. За бронирование междугородних автобусных билетов на ресепшене берут приличные чаевые! Напротив отеля находится очень неплохая аптека! It was a really bad experience.

Not clean, no proper service, restaurant people had to be called everytime for any order. Too long waiting time, completely unhappy with the stay. Rooms were not clean, toilet and bathroom taps not working properly.

Rooms were pretty good size and clean.

The guy at the restaurant was not smiling at all. In the service industry one should have smile on their face else the gusta doesn’t feel welcomed.
