We loved the privacy and 360 degree views. The home is clean and comfortable and the outside area is very great for spending time outside enjoying the views. We will be returning soon. Thank you

The location and Sedona views are amazing. However. The house needs a lot of improvements. We arrived the first night to 2 of the exterior doors being wide open. Not just unlocked—completely open to the outdoors. There is a front set of French doors that does not lock at all. I actually have this brand of doors at my home and am familiar as to the mechanism. The lock is broken and the deadbolt knob just screws off and does not lock. I called Vacasa support who finally told me that the next day I would either be called by them, a local property manager, or have a repair crew the next day to fix the issue. Nobody ever called or came by during our visit.
The property also has a gate at the street which remained open and never would close. I wouldn’t mind if the house doors had worked properly. Vacasa said that there had already been a “ticket” issued for this problem but that it apparently had not yet been fixed.
In order to secure the house and keep the exterior doors closed we had to track down zip ties to keep the doors together.
The house also had a rodent infestation. After seeing our first mouse, I found mouse traps under the bathroom counter and in the kitchen. I was able to kill one mouse with the trap but unable to rid the home of at least 2 more. This understandably did not sit well with my wife and kids. This problem was noticed thankfully on our last night or we would have had to look for other lodging. I cannot recommend until all issues are fixed.

The view from this home is spectacular! Everywhere you look! And the home is beautiful with a lot of future potential. There are many things that could be done to improve the home with minimal expense. (Examples: fix all door locks, replace non-existent upper deck canvas cover, fix and improve outside deck and patio lighting.) Overall our experience here was great! Thanks!

The views were amazing, the ambiance was very Arizona-in other words we loved it, it was stocked with everything you can imagine needing, the beds were great, the outdoor living was great--lots of little nooks and places to meditate, eat, read and just stare out at the beautiful rocks. We did not want to leave--so relaxing!!

Beautiful house in amazing location. Great for a family getaway. Some deferred maintenance and lack of communication of some details dampened the experience a bit but overall the views and house made up for it. We spent most of our time on the upper patio enjoying the view and stars.

We had 5 people from all over the country come together to stay at this beautiful home. The scenery is unbeatable and the home is well appointed. Really beautiful. Great towels and comfortable beds. Felt very secure.

Absolutely stunning views in all directions. Easy walkability to main street for restaurants and shopping. The house has a great layout and worked well for our two families. It could use some TLC in places - cleanup in the yard, new pots/pans/kitchen utensils, grill propane was out, etc. - but overall a great home.

This home had it all: fabulous location (we walked into town for coffee), picturesque 360 degree views, fully stocked kitchen for entertaining family, & space for people to enjoy the peace and quiet! We have stayed in many VRBOs and our entire family said this was our favorite! The owner clearly cares about hospitality and all visitors enjoying their stay! Highly recommend.

Perfect home and location to celebrate on property as well as walking into uptown Sedona. It was an absolutely beautiful weekend to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. He loved it. Thank you!

Great views and location. The house could use paper towels and toilet paper that are decent. It could also use some cookware that is upgraded. Also, buy your own coffee. The pods were all flavored. But the views and location can't be beat and I would rent again. The property management people were also very nice and professional.

This incredible home is surrounded by stunning views that include so many of the iconic formations around Sedona.
It’s in walking distance to downtown yet gives an amazingly private and secluded experience.
You can overlook the entire of downtown Sedona. So wonderful.

As described the views are unbelievable! Easy walk to town, but it is steep uphill back. Beds were very comfortable and enough tiwels and linens for a family of 8 adults! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and precious time with family. Highly recommend!

My family of seven adults stayed here for two nights for a business related trip. All of us were impressed with the quality of this property - really special. The moment we were there, we all gravitated to the upper terrace. The views of Sedona red rock were the best we've seen.

There was a herd of javelinas on the property about 12-15 wasn’t sure you were aware
The house appears to need some maintenance work - 1st master outside door does not shut properly or lock - the outside railing on the wrap around deck portions of it are not even attached to the wall or post - appears dangerous
We were not able to get TVs in the bedrooms to work, either there was no remote or the batteries were missing or remotes appeared dead
We loved the location and the views were beautiful
I probably would not rent this house again unfortunately

Unbeatable location and views of Sedona. Lots of space, bright and airy, cozy and comfy furnishings. Everything functionally working, toiletries provided, lots of soaps and towels already there. The privacy of the gate and property was wonderful. We did find an air conditioner/fans in the closets, along with a pack and play to use, so that was extremely useful. There was a large selection of kitchen appliances, paper towels, coffee, and other items in the kitchen to use. Great outdoor hang out areas with incredible views!
Some ideas for improvement: there was no way to lock the front door. We didn’t feel secure. Several rooms have skylights/windows with no way to cover them so you wake up early with the sun. Air conditioning in the room with the bunk beds was non existent so we had to cover the door with blankets to cool it down and use the portable air conditioner. We wish the kitchen had a good spatula and pan to make eggs in the morning.
Overall: spectacular property that we would rent again!

Large picture window faces north with a spectacular view of the mountains. the rooftop lounge provided excellent views of the entire valley.

We enjoyed every minute. The view were fantastic. There is something with the watering system in the font. At one point the water collected in front porch but drained later in day. Second lights in back did not work. Someone just need to check that everything works. Otherwise, we would come back, and the place was clean and neat.

This is a beautiful property with outstanding views all around. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out with many sitting areas inside and out. Has a large kitchen with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio for viewing the stars and UAPs 👽

Unbelievable views from everywhere around the home. Walking distance from Sedona downtown. Home feels like the Dutton ranch. If your going to Sedona do it right and stay here

We loved the house, big living and dining rooms that could easily accommodate our group of 9, each room had an amazing view to the mountains, we loved the privacy of the gated property , the kitchen was well equipped, lots of outdoor space. The windows were huge and we could admire the beauty sitting on a chair beside the fireplace.
Each detail in art or furniture was in the right place creating a pleasant and unique atmosphere.
We’ll definitely come back .

Location beautiful, parking great and private.
No propane for bbq or fire pit, for a house that sleeps 10 paper products were very limited. Management brought paper towels and propane.
House needs better cleaning . Dead mouse in kitchen . Most outside chairs broken except for fir pit chairs . Different lights in kitchen and living room not working.
But we enjoyed Sedona

Excellent location and incredible vistas. House was well appointed and comfortable. Management was attentive and handled a small problem quickly. Bonus: javalinas strolling around the property one evening.

What a wonderful stay. Driving into the property we knew we found a gem. So much space to spread out and enjoy. Close to everything, yet hard to get away from the property because it was just so comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were great and comfortable, kitchen was stocked. We just couldnt get enough of the views.

Our group of 5 friends had an amazing time at the house. First, The views are incredible. We ate at the house every evening because we couldn't imagine a restaurant with better views. Second, the beds were very comfortable. Third, the kitchen was well equipped (ie like a real kitchen with matching plates and stemware:)). Fourth, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. I'm already planning our next stay at the house.

We have had the most enjoyable and relaxing times staying at what feels like our Sedona home.
Walking distance to downtown and a short drive to so many great restaurants and experiences.

We loved the incredible views and all the room there was for everyone to find their favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped and made it very easy to cook from there. Lots of wonderful outside areas to sit and enjoy the view. Great location to town

Spectacular place to stay
This house was the most relaxing place I have ever stayed. sitting out on the patio drinking my coffee looking at the beautiful mountains was awesome. The deck was a wonderful spot to relax also. The house is very close to town. The inside was really nice too but the weather was so amazing I spent most of my time outside. They have a family of hogs that stay on the property also that we’re fun to watch. The kitchen was spacious and has a nice gas stove. The bedrooms are a really nice size. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location
The location and views from this property were amazing! Just a short 5 minute walk into the center of town with clear panoramic views from every angle. The place was large enough and the beds were comfortable. The heating is a little tricky in the main part of the house but overall a really great stay!

Wonderful Family Reunion Destination
Spectacular View was as advertised. Awesome views from every direction as our family met for a reunion in Sedona. The home was spacious and fully appointed. The 5 bedrooms were comfortable for everyone. We cooked several meals and we had all we needed in the way of cookware and utensils. We spent a lot of time outside on the decks, in the hammock and around the fire pit. In addition we were able to walk to many of the venues in town.
