¡Descubre el secreto mejor guardado de la región! La propiedad disfruta de amplias vistas de 180 grados al mar de Warnbro Sound, Isla Pingüino y las hermanas. No hay acceso directo y privado playa desde el jardín trasero con vistas al mar desde el suelo y las impresionantes vistas desde el segundo piso. No hay un camino u otra obstrucción entre la propiedad y la playa. Warnbo sonido fue votado como el número 1 playa de Australia en 2007.

Situado en expansivas estilo balinés jardines paisajísticos, en la vegetación costera nativa de la casa está decorado con una combinación de muebles antiguos y occidental moderna recogida de toda Asia.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay in Warnbro. The house was an amazing landing spot for a family visit to the area - first time together since the pandemic. The kitchen had all we needed for prepping food on site, there were multiple heaters and blankets (which we needed for a few days!), and the location to the beach couldn't be beat. Easy trips to Rockingham Foreshore, the train station, and day trips to Perth and Mandurah. Home was very clean and everything working properly. Excellent communication throughout our stay with the owners.
We hope we stay at this property for our next family visit!

We had a great stay at Oceana Sunset. We used to live in the neighbourhood and had returned for a wedding, so it was fantastic proximity for visiting our friends and “our” beach. In addition to this, the home itself has a pathway to the beach which was great fir the kids and us alike. We hope to book again next time we travel back to Warnbro. Thank you James and Thuy.

The Oceana Sunset is a vast property that is ideally located next to a beautiful beach in a quiet area.
Situated in beautiful gardens, the house has an extensive patio/deck area and an upstairs balcony so you can really enjoy the excellent views and outside space.
The house is well equipped and has ample space to easily accommodate large families/groups for extended periods.

House is quite spacious and comfortable (although lack of a/cond in a string of very hot days wasn’t great), and the location is excellent. Great views, sea breeze and beach access whilst retaining good privacy.

We had an amazing experience. Absolutely stunning home with gorgeous ocean views. We particularly liked the private beach access and spent loads of time in the ocean.
The beds and linen were to "die for" , so comfortable , with the ocean to look out to.
I would highly recommend this property. Everyone had a wonderful time and our host communicated very well with us.

Easy and spacious family get-away
A well laid out house that easily accommodates a couple of families, with bedrooms that can be cut-off from the entertaining areas. It was perfect for us as we put young children down to sleep and were able to continue socialising on the back patio, or in the lounge room, without being concerned about waking children! Great proximity to a lovely beach.

Retreat by the beach
A great location for a family to get away from it all and yet be near Perth/Fremantle. Five mins from Coles and take aways. The lounge is huge and we enjoyed the space to hang out and take in the views. Beds were super comfortable with awesome sea views from the master. Shame the spa tub in the ensuite wasn't working.

Little palace with a view
we spent three days in this great house and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The house is very well maintained, tastefully furnished and offers a wonderful view of the beautiful garden and the sea from every terrace. We were also very pleased to have all rooms on both floors at our disposal. After all, the house offers space for 12 people and of course we only used one bedroom and one bathroom. Although the building is already a "senior" it still has the charm of a small palace.
We can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Can't beat this location!
Location and garden of the house are simply breathtaking. From the masterbedroom (the bed was very comfortable and cozy) you can enjoy the sunsets with an amazing view of the sea. The kitchen and bbq area downstairs are spacious and it's fun to just hang out at the house and cook with the family. During our visit the weather was quite bad and it was pretty cold - ouside as well as inside. Fortunately there was a heater in the living room downstairs but the rest of the house was quite chilly. So just pack an extra sweater and long pants if you expect cooler temperatures.
Be aware: we had quite an uncomfortable encounter with a dugite (Australian brown snake, highly venomous) on the private path that leads to the beautiful beach. If you use it, you might want to wear long pants and sneakers.

Simply awesome!
Oceana Sunset is a very spacious and comfortable accomodation close to Perth city. We spent 3 nights there and had a wonderful time there with our big family of 11. Host was great and the dedicated handyman was available to help us out when the electricity tripped at night. Will definitely recommend this property to those looking for a beatiful home in West Australia.

Perfect Location - Best Beach In Perth
Our party of 7 enjoyed 11 glorious days relaxing in the house with countless viewing opportunities from the two floors. Sunsets every evening, walks through the dunes to one of Perth’s top 5 beaches. The house is perfect for a family looking for space, quiet and privacy. The dunes wrap the house with only partial views of other homes. Felt like we were in the far south of WA, with the bonus of 1/2 hour to Fremantle. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant property and location

Beautiful house
We loved almost everything about the house except for the cold. The kitchen was quite well-equipped and our kids loved the trampoline. The views were magnificent and close proximity to the beach was lovely. It was a pity that there was no heating in the house except for the living room. The bedrooms and dining room were so cold that we found our stay rather uncomfortable. Some portable heaters or electric blankets would have made our stay more comfortable and
enjoyable.
Please consider having the option of payment by credit card as the charges and exchange rate charged by overseas bank is rather high and I had to pay 25% more than the payment for the rental.

Superb Beachhouse
Oceana Sunset stay was an absolutely awesome experience for our family, we simply LOVE it!! This beach house/resort basically meets everything that we expected for with a plus. The house is well maintained. Care takers are kind and discreet. Elegantly decorated interior with romantic cultural touches really matches magnificent exterior natural surroundings nicely. The best for me and husband was the bed --it was so comfortable that only 6 stars hotel might come close to it and the best part for that is that you don't have to make choice between stay in bed or go out to enjoy ocean views cause we had both in the master bedroom-on the bed :) LOVE it!!! The beautiful beach, we LOVE it. Our kid's favorite was huge trampoline and very happy for the Wifi connection, well you know. Kitchen and laundry works very well for us we spent lovely time around dinning BBQ area. Thought the house is well hide away from traffic yet so convenient to get supplies from near by supermarket for about few minutes drive.. We enjoyed enormously with this magical house/place and surely try to come back soon!

Amazing yet again!
There is no need to look elsewhere when you have found paradise hence this was our 3rd stay at this amazing property. With quality furnishings, comfortable beds and ocean views my group of friends are already planning a return in 2016. Quiet, private with beach access the house has a welcoming feel that you wont want to leave.

Took my 4 kids there for 2 weeks and had one of the best holidays of our lives. The house has a wonderful secluded feeling while still being close to everything. We walked down to the beach everyday and enjoyed the sunsets every evening. Have already recommended it to many friends.

A fantastic location a quick walk to the beach. The two storey house is surrounded by bush so you feel like your getting away from it all. The house is really comfortable for big and little people with a great views of the ocean on the upstairs balcony. We had a wonderful holiday and because it is so close to Perth it is perfect for a few nights, although we would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely be back again.

this house is absolutly amazing, you have to see it, everything there for you. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have photos taken of my daughter on her wedding day. Hopefully next time we can stay in the summer and take full advantage of all it has to offer.
