The very first thing you need to consider when coming here is the great price (best ratio for what you pay and what you get). To get to the closest beach, you'll need to take a 10 minute walk, quite hilly, but nothing to be scared of, remember again the price you are paying for and in my honest opinion, instead of paying 2-3-4x times the price just to be closer, I prefer to stay here for a longer period. Cleanliness is also great, the bedsheets and the towels are pure white, clean and basically new, the furniture is also in a great condition, the bed is also very comfy and you get everything you need in the room, including a complete small kitchen, a hair dryer in the bathroom and a commonly used iron in the hallway. The staff is exceptional and very polite, they also gave us a better room for the same price and also let us park the car a little longer in the last day. :) We'll come back here whenever we'll visit Makarska again. Thanks!

The Wi-Fi is not great at all, the download/upload speed is slow and it restarts often. This issue could be solved by the host with minimal cost: faster/better internet subscription and a better wireless router that can handle 10+ users... but you don't come in vacation to stay on the internet, don't you? :)

Very clean and nice place to stay. The view from the balcony is priceless. The host made sure we had everything we needed.

The room was really bright and really clean, the host was really helpful and checked regularly if everything was ok. Liked having the balcony and kitchen area- makes a big difference to just having a room. Would definitely recommend

Although it is a great location it is a bit far from the nightlife for a single female traveller when it is dark- that was the only downside

The hostage was so kind and helpful. Rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. Take care what room you choose, unfortunately some of them don't have that beautiful sea view and are smaller than others.

The apartment is a bit further from the city centre and beach locations of Makarska, so we really enjoyed that it was calm in the evenings - but it is still 10 min. walk to the beach, 5 mins to bakery, café and a small shop with groceries etc. The kitchenette is tiny but has everything you need to cook your own meal.

All was good! The location is very good, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We booked a room for 2 nights. It was ok. Maybe for longer stay it would be a bit small but also depend on with whom you are travelling. Seems like it was designed more for couple with one child. There is a small kitchenette where you can cook basic things. Room was very clean with super white linings. I loved the balcony! Big and with sea view.

There was no towel for legs in the shower so you leave a wet trace after you. second single person bed was short ( my height is 167), seems like more for child than adult person. As I was travelling with a brother we could not use both the big bed. Beach is about 15 mins walking through the crossroads ( it is not a big minus nor a plus, just info!)

Everything was perfect, our landlady was so kind and lovely. The room was spactious and very clean. We will happily stay there again and we recommend it to everyone!

Excellent stay. Great accommodation: kitchen with all necessary facilities, good toilet, bed mettress nice quality. Slept great. Sea view from the room very good with fabulous sunsets. If any needs, lady Tonka will try to help you, just ask her. Very near you can find: shop's, bakery, restaurants, bars... Beach - 5 minutes walking distance, lot of nice sandy beaches. Definitely recommend to other travelers.
