Excellent location on the water

Location was excellent- very quiet and peaceful Watching the black swans on the waters edge close to the property was a real highlight

Gas heater did not work on the last morning. Hot water service had ran out on last morning- so I had a cold shower. Some light globes in the loungeroom need replacing- they are blown. House is looking old and run down- would be nice if it had a face lift- new kitchen and bathroom- however the wooden flooring was beautiful

This little cottage on the waterfront is delightful. It is a 10 minute walk to the town centre where we were able to purchase fresh seafood from the trawlers and walk beautiful 90 mile beach. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was very peaceful watching the black swans and pelicans right in front. Lots of attractions and things to do around Lakes Entrance.

The verandah on the street side needed cleaning - cobwebs and dirt on the patio setting - and the addition of a clothesline or clothes drying rack would have been helpful.

Our only problem was thAt the gas ran out so showers were cold on the last morning. We tried switching over cylinders but it didn't help' A beautiful spot though

Hearing the crashing of the waves as you lay in bed then waking in the morning to see the water at your window. Climbing aboard your kayak and paddling to town to have some breakfast by the lake. Casting a line in hoping to catch a big 1 at dusk then catching prawns with children. The adventure of living the dream is priceless and endless.

There was a mouse living under the oven.
