Nice apartment, large rooms with wide space in sitting room, fully equipped kitchen , every thing u need is very close just walking distance

Really liked the privacy and space, felt right at home,.kids loved quick WiFi.

Big bathroom is great with walk in shower. The apartment is big and well decorated. Really clean. Location was good, right beside a tram stop and had a few shops around it too for getting in food and coffees etc ... Having a washing machine was excellent too as it meant we could take less clothing and wash what we had. Lots of storage in the apartment. Quiet time is observed between 10pm.and 6pm so getting sleep is easy between these hours.

Kitchen could do with a few more things - an oven glove to take hot food out of the cooker. It would have been nice to have had more coffee/tea and some toiletries in the bathroom. Had thought we ordered a 3 bed apartment but appeared we had only ordered 2 meaning my son had to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. For the size of the living room another couch would be good. There is no air conditioning but we were left a fan.

Great location, the building is new and modern, the apartment is huge and very comfortable.

The lack of attention to detail, like not working dish washer, the lack of wine glasses, broken coffee maker, very dirty windows with smudges all over. It's a shame because the apartment itself is amazing, but the lack of facilities is disappointing.

Clean spacious and easy to access the city centre. Quite at night easy to use code to get in. Local to shops.

For us the beds were a little hard but that’s personal preference.

it was very clean and spacious. it was in a quiet neighborhood and there were rules against noise after 10pm which we liked. provided us with a box fan which we asked for.

no wash clothes or coffee maker, but this seems to be standard in Europe.

More / better ice cube trays would be nice. Some of the art work was interesting … it did make for good conversation and we liked the bright colours.

The apartment was very big an very clean. We had all the neccessary appliances in the kitchen, tgere was oil and spices as well. Good design! (we stayed in apartment 20)

The informatiin about the parking was unclear. At the end we had to pay seperatly for it and the parking had a height limit (also the security warned us to be careful with the noise for apartment 20 before we even went upstairs). But overall it was good!

charged more than advised for early check in and constant messages about the payment. staff member turned up at 9.00 am looking for money, only cash, had no change, so agreed to come back, constantly messaging when we were out on excursions. Told to leave bins in lower level on departure but no facilities in the basement visible for emptying.

should move furniture when cleaning as there was dirt and cigarettes under sofa. there was no duvet on one of the beds. the railing in the bathroom was broken, dangerous if someone leant on it.

Very big comfortable apartment in center of Krakow. Safe underground parking. Staff was very nice and waith us in the front of apartment and help us with everything. The beds are nice and comfortable. Few steps to old town and quiet environment in the city center One of the best accommodations in centar that I highly recommend for a stay in Krakow

Very small wardrobe for clothes in the bedroom in some there are none at all. The kitchen could be refurnished and it would be good to add and furnish some of the rooms to make everything great. Package of satellite channels could be added to the TV, now all channels are dubbed in Polish

had such a lovely stay here for my friends birthday. the apartment was huge, warm and the beds were really comfy. the location was great and the price was so reasonable. highly recommend

Lovely spacious apartment quite close to the main square. This area of the city is quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is nicely equipped and furnished. We didn't meet anyone, keys were left inside apartment. I'd highly recommend.

The WiFi didn't work while we were there. We texted the owner and they suggested turning off and on the router which we didn't get a chance to try, so that may have solved the issue.

Great size apartment for family of 5 in a great location close to the city centre. Great communications before and during our stay. Would recommend to any travelling families.

Could probably do with another sofa so the size of the Appartment and a small wardrobe for the third room.

We liked it, 6 people travelling together, there were 2 bathrooms and the rooms were very spacious. We came really late at night but that wasnt a problem and we were able to get inside the apartment with a little help from a security guy. And easy check out, would recommend , good location, short 10 min walk to down town, good value for money

You could hear people in the living room when you were inside the bedrooms, and not all rooms had dark curtains, so recomend bringing something to cover your eyes if you plan on sleeping in.
