The staff was nice and they solved our problems quickly.

The location is perfect if you want to party every day and arrive drunk as a cuba to the hotel at 05 in the morning. It is literally in front of the nightclubs, just 7 meters away, so the feeling is that of sleeping in the bathroom of the nightclub. If you want to sleep sober and at normal hours, it is not recommended.

The ladies at the reception were sooo lovely ! Always with a good mood 🥰 Rooms are simple but that's what we wanted. Breakfast was nice and big ! Thank you again

The location is perfect, the place ia simple but nice, beach is close by. Nice breakfast, jabe free parking.

Rooms havent seen renovation in a while.

The sea view rooms are right opposite the nightclub which was very noisy. We changed room to the back of the hotel which was dark and with no balcony. The rooms are very dated and potentially a safety hazard. The light fitting was half hanging off the wall and with glass not secure in the fitting. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and broken.

Older building could do with some upgrading but excellent value for the price. Reasonable, clean, quite spacious rooms, as we are older, staff suggested we stay in one in the back as the front tends to be noisy at night, we very much appreciated that. Very nice breakfast room and good basic breakfast. Very central for all shops/ restaurants, beach etc

How to access the parking should be explained at the booking time.

It's very noisy being right on the strip. We managed okay but not for anyone who struggles to sleep. No Aircon, which again wasn't an issue for us in October but definitely something to consider in warmer times of the year.

Great room, super spacious at easy access of Praia de Roche beach and nightlife. Great but small breakfast and friendly personel. Bring earplugs.

The room looks like it has been bearly maintained. Everything feels like it is about te break and feels grimey. If you are not a nightcrawler, be aware you won't get much sleep due to de nightlife untill early in the morning.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice and you can have a nice view of the beach. Location is in the middle of everything so the beach, restaurants, clubs, pubs are all on your doorstep. For those who want a quiet room, go for the ones without the sea view as they are facing the road where all the nightlife takes place, the place is so close to the beach that it really isn’t needed, we had the best sleep ever here in a room without sea view :)
