The condo is nicely decorated in a lovely beach theme. The kitchen was fully equipped and all televisions were working. The view of the beach was excellent and our balcony was larger than I had expected.
There was great communication with the owner.
The condo was centrally located on the island which made it convenient for visiting both ends of the island.

Our visit to this property was lovely. Description and photos are accurate. Centrally located and close to everything. Access to the beach was easy and having a pool was a nice bonus (although not heated, so still quite cold for this time of year.) What we enjoyed the most was the balcony. Nice size with ocean views and morning sun. We appreciated the furniture on the balcony, which was comfortable for long periods of reading or taking a nap. Amelia is our favorite FL beach destination and we will be back for another stay at this property, which I think says it all. Thank you for sharing your beach home.

Very nice beachfront condo. Very clean, except for some pans & dishes; dishwasher needs to be replaced. Everything else was neat and clean. A few extra towels would be nice. Nicely decorated. Balcony furniture was very inviting & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Having light switches labeled was great - more places should do that. Thanks for a lovely week!

Photos looked better than actual condo! Not very clean as we had to do some of the cleaning ourselves (dishes, shower). Master bed sagged terribly! Owner needs to spend some money! Patio furniture was disgusting. The view and location to the beach was a positive. Pool was closed for two days as well.

AMAZING
The level of customer service up the BEST i've even been given from a VRBO rental. The condo was even better than the photos. The beds were by far the BEST mattresses i've ever slept in. It was the little things that will keep me going back for my fun in the sun and the beach life.

On the beach
Location was great and perfect for long walks and jogging on the beach. Beautiful sunrises. Quiet for sleeping, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Check in was confusing since the condo unit location within the building was not obvious and there was no one at in the office at 4 pm. Combo lock on entry door did not work and we had to call the unit owner for help. The response was immediate and we got in. The glass sliders on one of the showers needed maintenance but shower was great. All in all a great experience!

Perfect weekend getaway!
Loved the location and the view! Easy check in and quick response when help was needed. The master has a beautiful ocean view. My only suggestion is a new shower head on the master shower (or deep cleaning) the decor was super cute and we are overall pleased with this stay.

View and location are great. Cleanliness was lacking. Floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed- debris in plain sight. Balcony had cigarette butt on it. Also, couldn’t use the balcony because a nearby unit had a resident/guest who smoked and we could smell it. Also saw a person with a dog entering a first floor unit multiple times.

Perfect Weekend Away
Such a lovely property for a weekend at the beach. The condo is tastefully appointed, kitchen is well-stocked, and beds are comfortable. Our favorite was sitting on the covered patio during sunrise and sunset. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Peaceful and Beautiful
We loved the magnificent views through all the windows. The porch was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed the keyless entry to the condo, the walk-in shower in the master bath, and the easy access to the beach. It was a wonderful week and we hope to be back soon.

Perfect beach spot
This property was everything my friends and I were hoping for! It was clean, well furnished without being stuffy, and in an excellent location. The pictures are exactly as it looks in real life and we loved the amenities like the pool that come with the listing. The whole process of staying was easy and the owners were easily accessible via text (although we literally had NO issues). The beach was never over crowded and it was an easy drive to all restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Top Notch Balcony!
Great condo overlooking the ocean. The condo was nice, clean, updated and in a great location. We loved being a little away from the bustle near the main beach but still within a short drive to all the best food. The size of the balcony and comfortable balcony seating was a MAJOR BONUS. Most balconies are just big enough for a pair of chairs, but the balcony here was almost like a bonus living space. We spent all our free time outside listening to the waves. Highly recommend!
